Hector was really awesome he helped us set up the app and turned on the laundry for us that k you Hector. Really nice gentleman.

So after I put the laundry detergent in the washer and my clothes in I start the payment process. $ 3.50 and then it wants.25 cents for a convenience fee. If it had said on the Machine that they were going to charge me an extra $.25 cents.. I wouldn’t have done it criminals do what criminals do. Lesson learned.
