CSC Service Works Technician, Pedro Zazueta, repair service to our washers/dryers is EXCELLENT!!!!
Our properties in downtown Los Angeles, require service on a regular schedule due to our machines being older models... Pedro continues to provide service over and above our expectations...

So after I put the laundry detergent in the washer and my clothes in I start the payment process. $ 3.50 and then it wants.25 cents for a convenience fee. If it had said on the Machine that they were going to charge me an extra $.25 cents.. I wouldn’t have done it criminals do what criminals do. Lesson learned.

Glenn T. definitely gets a five-star review! He came out to the property twice to repair our washer and dryer and was professional, kind, and very approachable each time. He communicated clearly, explained what was wrong, and did everything he could to get things working again.
When parts were needed, Glenn returned in a timely manner and completed the repair with no issues. He always shows up with a smile and treats everyone with respect.
It’s such a relief to have a technician who’s not only skilled and knowledgeable but also courteous and willing to make sure tenants feel informed and appreciated. Glenn is truly a gem—thank you for sending someone so dependable and pleasant!

Thx for ruining our complex. Faulty machines, improper washing process (leaving my clothes soaking wet), janky card payment devices. Ever since yall added these card payment machines, our washing and drying experience has become miserable.

This company has no problem raising prices on their machines while leaving them in their unusable condition. They will not replace the machine no matter how many times the same problem emerges, and they absolutely NEVER honor a refund request when the fault is theirs. Use a real laundromat and don't waste your time and money on these machines from the 90's

Ive lived in a lot of apartments and this one with csc machines is the worst laundry situation I’ve ever experienced. The washer regularly is unusable not because the machine is broken but because it won’t connect to the app you have to use. Our machine was down for 2 months as they were “waiting on a part” to fix this problem, which is now still not regularly solved.

This company services our apartment in Culver City. They dodge any and all responsibilities and do not maintain washing machines. The machines regularly damage clothing or stain them.
