Worst experience I'm disabled and didn't think they would do me wrong. Don't that your BMW there the owner will rip u off. Take your money and never do repairs. He'll come up with excuses why he can't get your parts or Covt this or that. u want to get ripped off just ask for the owner . He has no heart when it comes to woman and especially the disabled. Jose was extremely communicative and delivered an amazing final product. The work that was done on my vehicle made it look like it was brand new again. Euro motorsports understands how to take care of their clients. And I would 100% go back to them again.

I gave a last minute call on a Monday because my wife's X2 battery was going dead. He gave me a initial quote which was more reasonable than the dealer with 4 year warranty. Bringing it in, the front brakes were done which I knew it was coming. Usually for the X2, Ive had to replace brakes and rotars which he said it was only the brakes. He then tried to contact me about brake line leaking and gave me overall a very reasonable cost. He dropped off my wife at work and dropped off the car when it was done in less than 7 hours of work and picking up parts. I thought he communicated really well and took care of my wife. I appreciate his business and professionalism, which I plan to work with him again! Thanks Jose!

My car had some scratches on it and they took care of it right away. Came out looking perfect and I was in and out in less than 15 minutes! Can't beat that. Thanks again guys for the awesome service!

Edit: this review is based on my experience from 2019. Pre-pandemic. It took me a while to actually get the nerve to post a review, but I feel no one should go through what I went through with this business. It took Jose and his team more than 3 months to figure out what was going on with my Mini. They had my car the entire time by the way. I had spent more than $300 on transportation to and from work, and I had paid Euro Services close to $1,000 for the repairs thus far. The web site states "We bring advanced techniques and cutting-edge diagnostics to the table every time" Meanwhile, Jose had to ask his friend that worked as an actual Mini mechanic to see what was going on with my car. I understand he has cars coming and going everyday and can't reply back to texts, but it took that long to figure out what was going on? He kept telling us "this week for sure" 3 weeks in a row. I've completely lost faith in this business. My car isn't even top of the line and you can't figure out what's wrong with it the first time around yet you want to work on expensive cars? He said the part he needed for my car had to be made in Germany for my Mini. I highly doubt that Mini/BMW would make their customers wait well over a month for a part to get their car going correctly. That doesn't make sense to me. That would be a terrible business move for such a big car manufacturer. I order parts on the daily with my job, especially from Germany and it has never taken this long. I'm writing this review so people know that this can happen to them. I never knew this would/could ever happen to me, but it did. It has been a long frustrating, stressful few months that Euro Services had my car. Also, get your paper receipts from this company. I made the mistake of not doing that the first 2 times I got work done that didn't fix the issue initially. I'm finishing this review up in 2022: Overall 0/10. Would not trust these guys. When I finally got my car back after a couple months, I drove it for about a month then got rid of it. Hopefully the next owner doesn't bring it here.

Thanks again Jose I can’t thank you enough for selling me the BMW at my budget. He sold me the car under Kelley Blue Book price and even gave me warranty on repairs done before buying it. I have vehicle for over 6 months and hasn’t needed it any work other than Oil change. Will definitely send my family members for any vehicle you have for sale. Thanks Euro!

Never buy a car from Jose. I was searching on offer up and found his ad. I went, I saw the car and purchased it. When I went to go register the car they told me it owned $400 in late fees, something that Jose conveniently forgot to mention. I tried calling him no answer. I texted him then he messaged me back saying that he had told me about the late fees. Which ofcourse he didn't. He then proceeds to tell me he knows a guy who does registration and he can take care of the late fees. So I drive to the place and ofcourse they can't help me. So he made me waste my time. Then he tells me he's going to call his "guy" and he'll back to me. Never hear from him. Messaged him back and he said that his "guy" is working on it. I called the Registration place, they said they haven't even spoken to Jose. It's all a bunch of B.S wasting my time and stiffing me with the late fees. Had I known, I would have never done business with this guy.

I am absolutely satisfied with the service i was provided. So...If you own a German car. (BMW or Mercedes) do not take it to the dealer! They will charge you an arm and a leg! I brought my car here to replace my battery and to get a "B service" Jose took care of me BIG TIME! He acted quick, His prices are reasonable and he's super honest! (A hard to find combination in this industry) & i can't stress enough how quick they ordered my parts and completed the service :) i'm luck to have found them.

I have a Alfa Romeo. It takes special oil 0W-30. Euro had it and saved me from having to take it to the dealer$$$$$$! They also had all the other hard to get parts oil filter, air filter. I had an appointment at 10:30. When I arrived they took my can into the bay asap. The technician saw some things he felt I needed to see on my car to make me aware of it. That was really nice. After the oil change they showed me the new parts empty boxes and the old air filter. Who does that??! I had no doubt they did everything they said they did. It's 2 brothers and they are really nice guys. You can talk to them about any subject. Highly recommend.

Jose takes care if his customers. He towed my car to his shop. He diagnosed the issue and then offered a great quote for repairs. Jose takes the time to explain the services needed and will give advice on proactive car maintenance. Highly trustworthy. Will definitely reutn.

This location has a waiting room with AC I had my windows tinted here it was quick. Everyone is super polite and professional. I will definitely be doing my oil changes here next too!!! Thank You Jose!!!
