Miguel was a real jerk! He did not greet my daughter and I and assumed my daughter and I wanted a self serve kiosk without asking what we were coming in for! He insisted we use the kiosk asking again so you have a QR code? Again I’m not here for that. I come in at least 3 times a week sending out packages. The employees with names that start with a J are as pleasant as Valerie but this guy nope! Miguel insisted he could not find the account information! I had a receipt and Jaquan waited on me and found the information on the screen. I will never allow him to serve me again l. I found him lazy and non-helpful. Miguel was RUDE!

The employee told me to bring my own paper, and then I bought it, and then I asked again,they found it and then I returned it, and then I had to pay for the service twice because he couldn't find the paper. is it my fault?I just printed 8paper and spent almost one hour

I was just in here. The clerk harassed me about my package contents over and over. I told her it was not hazardous and she kept asking me. Then she picked up my box and shook it! She shook it like a kid trying to guess their Christmas present. Never in my life have I experienced such rude customer service. Then she quoted me $120 to send a small package to New York from California. I took the package and went to the post office. It cost $17 and they were incredibly professional and easy to work with. I will never try fedex ever again. Awful experience.

Very bad, not recommended. Their employees looked very unhappy, the curly-haired boy with glasses on duty on September 16th had a negative attitude, didn't want to work, had no professional knowledge, and tried to turn away customers.

Went this place this morning. Staff cannot type a simple local US address address on their own key pad.made mistakes more than 7 times.i gave the address in writing and still can not type that.on top of that they are Arrogant an loud.i am not sure why FedEx hire these people. They are hurting fedex's reputation. Horrible staff .never go again

I had a disappointing experience at this location, but I must say that Jaylene, one of the staff members, was truly exceptional. She displayed incredible patience and stayed with me throughout the entire process. I needed assistance with creating an international shipment, and Jaylene went above and beyond to help me, even when I couldn't obtain the necessary information from the store's provided number. I can confidently say that I won't return to this location unless Jaylene is there. She deserves a promotion for her outstanding service!Five stars for Jaylene. One star for the rest of the staff and this location.

We were returning 3 items, an African American lady gave us the labels without saying we have to put it on. When we realized it's the labels, we asked which one is which. She said I said 1, 2. We said could you tell which one is which. She said she can't. I basically have to figure it out on my own by trying to look at the old labels. Horrible employee.

My visit to this location left much to be desired, but there was a shining star amidst it all: Jaylene, one of the staff members. Jaylene's patience and dedication were truly remarkable. She stood by my side throughout the entire process as I sought assistance with an international shipment. Even when I hit a roadblock in obtaining information from the store's provided number, Jaylene went the extra mile to help me out. I can honestly say that if Jaylene is not present, I won't be returning to this location. Her exceptional service warrants recognition and a well-deserved promotion! Five stars for Jaylene!

There is a girl whose name is Bree, she is very rude, and slow, likes to pretend she doesn't understand your language, But if you give the written format of Address to her, she still makes mistakes every single time. You have to be careful with the information she puts in the system, very likely the shipping Will go to the wrong Address. If she needs you to do the next step on the machine, she won't remind you, she will look at somewhere else and let you wait without knowing What's going, she doesn't care, because she just wants to do as little job as possible. And she acts she hates people. I don't want to go there.

I am super f****** ANGRY. Just went to renew my passport. People are super rude and I asked them something they will just say I don't know!!!!! don't work here if you don't know how everything works!!!!! DO NOT RENEW OR APPLY YOU PASSPORT IN FEDEX. IT'S A F****** SCAM. I PAID $181.85 for just the form and computer used!!!!!! I STILL NEED TO F****** PAY $251.38 to the government. WTF is going on!!!!!!!?????
