We had a great experience with this dealership. My review is strictly for the Sales Department, and more specifically, salesman Adib Haddad. My wife and I were in the market for a gently used vehicle and I was interested in checking out the Alfa Romeo Stelvio. I stopped in on a Sunday afternoon, and they had just received a fully loaded 2019 Ti Sport model with under 15K miles, so I checked it out and told Adib I'd be back with my wife the next day (I don't think he believed me...LOL). We returned and they had just listed it at a price that we just couldn't say no to, so we didn't. Adib and his colleagues were straight shooters and we felt very comfortable throughout the whole purchasing process. We just love our "new" Stelvio. I'd definitely recommend Maserati of Puente Hills, and Adib, if you too are looking to purchase a new or quality used vehicle.

Let me see. I usually don't write reviews but I have to now. Today I'm trying request for my service report for which I did Oct 2022 at this location (I bought my Ghibli from here and had done service every year here for the past three years). I need it for my insurance renewal. The lady from service department picked up my call and told me that it's against company's policy to send me my service report. I told her they can put my name in, locate the report and send to my email on file. They can send it to me via text using my phone number on file too. Either way should be simple. She kept saying it's against company policy and need to verify I'm the owner of the car. WTF. All my info are on file. I'm not asking to send the report to a different email address or anything. And yet she insists that she can't do it digitally unless I'm physically there then they can print out a copy. At that point I was so done and ask to talk to her manager. Then she transfer me to voicemail of someone. Of course. Please tell me why can't they send the report to the email or phone number on file? It's either she's dumb or Maserati has a stupid policy or I'm missing something.

Terrible service! If you buy a car there and met an emergency, they can’t loan your a car and do a quick fix immediately. Instead, they will let you take a Uber and fix the issue when they are ready!

It saddens me to write this review because I had such high hopes for this dealership considering the cars they sale. My husband and I leased a Maserati Ghibli from here and we had a good experience with the sales manager so things were going well . We loved our car and they left us feeling good about our purchase . A month later we bought a 5 series BMW . When we got to their dealership we instantly noticed a huge difference. We thought they were good at Maserati but after experiencing the customer service by BMW we were shocked especially because of the high price tag for a Maserati. Moving forward one day we were driving and the car started making a weird sound and smoke everywhere. We took it in immediately. This is where things took a turn for the worst . After having the car for a week they couldn't tell us what was wrong . This went on for 30 days! Finally we had to get aggressive with them because we pay a ton a month to not be able to drive a car we leased . Every day after that we kept calling until finally a little over 45 days we got the car back . We still have no clue what happened. Then a few months later we started to noticed little things about the Maserati. The bottom of the car fell and was scraping the road . The panel up top in the car started falling down too. We needed an oil change and they could never fit us in. The people running the place are horrible. They are the worst with communication . Paul who is a newer manager is the worst of all. We had been waiting for a loaner car so we could bring in our brand new car to get fixed . They call us and say bring it down . We live 25 mins away so we drove down there all for them to say sorry we thought we had a loaner but we don't! We run two businesses and have four kids ! How dare you waste our time . Since then it's been a battle to get the car there to be fixed because this Paul guy has a major chip on his shoulder and should absolutely not be a manger of any kind . He can't get anything together for the life of him. We still sit and wait for our new car to be fixed again. This car shouldn't cost $105,000 it's literally falling apart . Once this lease is over you better believe we are turning this in and never coming back to Maserati. The difference we have experienced with BMW with staff and the vehicle is not comparable. We had one issue with BMW and not only did they get us a loaner but they gave us a free months payment because we were inconvenienced by not having our car for awhile . Maserati has really let us down . Do yourself a favor and if you really want one go to Newport Beach where their customer service is by far superior. These guys have no clue how to treat customers or run a business.

Had an amazing experience with Maserati Puente Hills. Hector was such an incredible person to speak to about Maserati and the different type of vehicles available on the showroom floor.

Sort the reviews by newest, take out their friends from the reviews. 7 or more reviews at 1 star. This place is terrible, the people are liars. This is the dealership your warned about. RUN away from this one.

I bought a Alfa Romeo Stelvio from here 4yrs ago. To this day, I still get the best service from Armando and his entire crew. I have to mention also that when I bought the car, they were also top notch in financing and such. I have had only basic service and the car has been all over the US in the past 4yrs. When we get tired of this car, we will go back to them at Alfa Romeo and Maserati of Puente Hills.

CROOKS! They charged me for an inspection and completely lied about what was done during the inspection.I took my car in because the cabin fan stopped working. They said it was the Fan Blower Motor. On the invoice, it stated that the fuses were checked. I ended up checking the fuses myself and found the one for the fan had a burnt mark underneath. After swapping it with another one the fan turned on. See the video attached.Even more disturbing is the inspection video they provide with a mechanic stating the fan was the issue and the hood of the engine up. The blower motor is on the passenger side of the car underneath the glove box.I called to get a refund and the service manager Richard stated “the inspection cost was for other services as well”. He didn’t care that they completely lied and expected me to believe all the other claimed work was legitimate.Absolutely do not take your vehicle here. Would definitely not buy one either with this levels of deception.

Do NOT buy a car from this dealership! I experienced the following issues after purchasing a car from this dealership:1. Be aware of the information the sales people are entering into KBB when they appraise your trade in. They will enter false information/misreport information to low ball your appraisal.2. Driving home from the dealership after I bought the car the license plate fell off and the visor fell off while driving almost causing an accident.3. Dealership did not properly inspect the car they sold. There was water damage in the tail light.4. Dealership did not pay the appropriate DMV fees so I did not receive my permanent registration or permanent license plate. The DMV said the dealership did not pay the fees even though they charged me the fees when I purchased the car.5. Dealership forgot to smog check the car so I had to make a separate trip and wait 5 hours while it was in the shop.6. I was threatened by the sales person for not returning spare keys for my trade because I didn't want to drive an hour to the dealership. The sales person gave my personal information to the person they sold my trade in to.This was the worst dealership experience I've ever had. Do NOT buy a car from this place.

**update- changing to 1 star. Per below the car had already had something wrong it on day 1 which I had to take back for. Then within the first month of driving the service light came on, and it appears the dealership sold to me without the 45k mile service and even though they sold to me at 45,218 miles. Before changing this review to 1 star, I called a couple weeks ago on this issue and they said they'd get back to me by email. Crickets. Then I emailed Melvin 6 days ago on the issue, nothing. The reason this is such a big issue is that Maserati's can be a couple thousand to service, and they marketed and sold the car as certified pre-owned with everything up to date on, 1 owner, etc. The car obviously should have had the 45k service completed as it was a lease turn in after 3 years; and it was like new. Very disappointed that they didn't even get back to me on this. It's not all about selling a car. Servicing the customer is just as, if not more important...

The good: enjoyed working with Melvin and he was very professional. Would recommend him as a sales professional.Other good: I like the Maserati car.The bad: upon getting my car the gas tank was only half full. I’ve bought maybe 7 or 8 cars in my life and this is the first time I didn’t get a full tank of gas. The little things matter in service.Upon receiving the car it made weird noises from the front left all the way home. I had to call and bring it back the next day for them to fix it.The good- they fixed it quickly, and were efficient and apologized.Mixed experienced here, but after a couple days I’m happy with the car.

Horrible dealership. After selecting a car, they asked me to book flights and hotel for pickup, and then sold the car to someone else (assuming for a few extra bucks) without communicating with me whatsoever. Now I am stuck with $1000 worth of non-cancellable flight tickets and reservations. I have seen cheats in the past, but this dealership beats them all. Now, they are not picking up my phone / responding to emails, thinking that will save them. I have filed as many complains with agencies and BBB as possible. RUN AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!

I visited Maserati at Puente Hills and see this 2023 MC20, I decided to take it home after the test drive. My salesman is Mason Cheung, he is really sincere and honest person. Highly recommended ????
