“I love the fact that Petsmart hosts pet adoption events so often. Last Saturday I went, there were two nonprofits with cute dogs and cats for adoption. I have two cats which were rescues. There are so many dogs and cats that need good homes. Please adopt from places like this rather than buying fancy pedigreed animals.”
“Overall they're pretty good, or they've gotten better since the pandemic. The workers at the Pet Hotel do a nice job and remember the pets who keep coming back. And the managers are attentive to complaints. The only piece of feedback would be the consistency of politeness from the employees. Some look like they don't want to be there, but I'm sure the pay isn't spectacular.”

“I would just like to say this place. Is great. We took 4 dogs there at the same time. And they all came out beautiful. The pricing there is very reasonable. Another reason for going, is the people are great. They go out of their way to make you feel at home. I feel that my pets are safe there. I would totally recommend.”
