Ordered a ToughBuilt Sawhorse online. Made a 45 minute drive only to be given a Husky Sawhorse, claiming it was the same thing. Horrible customer service. No apologies. Never will go back to this store.

12/17/23 We've been putting off installing our mailbox long enough ...until the post office tacked on a notice on our front door to do so. Here we are at this massive store & luckily we were directed by an employee to aisle 20 and BAM! Within minutes Hubby & I decided on one that can be mounted by our gate instep of having it mounted on the wall by our front door. Hubby says he had his drill set ready to go, all charged up. Yup, one day at a time, one item at a time. Hubby preferred this Home Depot location over the one in Montclair-it's rated better & it's bigger. The only negative is that it's in a heavily populated plaza-it gets crazy with the parking situation esp during peak times like weekends. We got lucky this time, we were in & out in record time (only coz we knew what we wanted, got it & paid at the self service check out). No muss no fuss-one & done

I think the employees at this store are overwhelmed. As a result, customer service for home projects seems difficult to schedule. Staff are harried and curt. I wish I had read the customer service reviews here on Yelp before I signed up for an estimate to replace a door. I'm super-happy that I didn't sign or send anything their way. I will figure out another way to solve my problem.

After finding out the ceo of HD is endorsing traitor trump, i won't be shopping there again. Im lucky enough to live in an area where there are small mom and pop shops, offerup and other areas that won't benefit the ultra rich ceo's.

Absolutely trash service currently still waiting for a employee to come to paint to help. Go to customer service and they can't even find the manager. Like who who running this place?

This review was for the key copy machine service only. The very moment I stepped into the store, i asked a Home Depot employee at the front where the key copy machine was and before I could even finish my thought he already knew as he saw I had keys in my hand. He directed me to where the self service machine was and told me to let him know if I needed any help.The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I was able to get the key copied in under 5 minutes and pay at the register in the next 2 minutes. It was very efficient and quick and I appreciate the help and professionalism from the staff. The key copy service was also considerably cheap assuming you select the cheapest option which is just the generic yellow metal key (without any special design).Overall, perhaps the most friendly and positive experience I've had at a Costco even though I was only their briefly it seemed like everyone was in a good mood.

Had a great experience at Home Depot! They had exactly what I needed, plus shout-out to Isabella for being so helpful. She took the time to help answer all my questions and register for a new Home Depot card!

BAD EXPERIENCE. We ordered a delivery to our home and they never showed. Husband was on the phone for over an hour about our order and trying to sort it out. We ended up having to go to the store to load 60 bags of concrete ourselves because the online customer service were of no help.Long story short. There was only one person willing to help us and he was so nice but also busy with his own job responsibilities BUT he totally deserves a raise. HOWEVER, another employee had a very negative response to my husband's question. All my husband did was ask if he could get help and the employee (who I will not name BUT will most likely say something to if I have to go back) responded "why, you don't got it?". Very poor customer service and response. AND he was literally talking smack about another coworker with his colleague. Sad that Home Depot has come to this or at least that employee. Unfortunately, we may have to go back but hope that employee learns something from today.

I went in to buy some merchandise. And I saw a horrific scene of poor customer service.A gentleman who was disabled and in a disabled mobile cart was being harassed and intimidated by an employee who refused to help him get something off. Of a shelf. He literally I walked by and he literally said I don't have to do that and walk away and then. I thought that was absolutely ridiculous so I kept going. did my thing and I'm standing in line and this same gentleman in the cart comes up To pay and some asinine cashier starts yelling. "Let him go somewhere else and tell him to get his fat a** out of the cart" .Really? so I see this gentleman go to the cashier service. But another cashier did take care of him she was really polite about it. . But then he was talking to this other man at the door. I don't know and I mean him these 2 men that I had seen talking to him before and this one. At the door they really were like I mean really menacing . What .Kind of stuff is going on at this home depot.I'm not coming here anymore.

Horrible customer service. Home Depot delivered damaged item. Then made me buy another while I wait to get other picked up. Been waiting several weeks. I've spoken to five lying associates. Home Depot will screw you once they have your money.

terrible customer service was on hold for 45-60 min on the phone twice, I just had a question regarding weather I can return something. screw talking to a robot give a a real person I'm tired of all these company's forcing their robot on you it's not working all it does is piss people off. when I call a company I wanna talk to a person right off the bat not some stupid machine. get your shit right

Looking for a bbq today and I typically have a difficult time finding somebody to assist me. Lately Home Depot has struggled with overall service. Today I had a gentleman by the name of Eduardo Esparza, walk me through the different grills in different isles and took me to the entrance to compare all options and my needs. This is not something that happens very often at Home Depot. I would like to let management know that this gentleman should be recognized for doing his job and having the proper communication skills to treat customers as a priority.
