Louis and Paul in the sales department were absolutely outstanding! Their patience, knowledge of the inventory, and commitment to getting us the right numbers to make us feel comfortable were the deciding factor in signing our deal. We spent the last week running between every dealership in the San Gabriel Valley, but the deal came here. I only wish we had started here. We have found our new dealership!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would.I found a used car online, and drove over 1.5 hours in rush hour traffic to test drive it.When I got there, the car battery was dead and the car was covered in dust, despite me making an appointment.I came back a couple months later to check out the car again. I had a lot of questions and hesitations based on google reviews as well as the fact that the battery was dead last time, and rather than answering my questions about warranty, etc. they wanted to discuss pricing, which is when they informed me of “the fine print” and all their markups. Not only were they unwilling to negotiate, the price was 4K over the price online.The manager kept saying he’d need to “see” if they could take off the markups, which is strange since he’s the manager.Anyway, they avoid important questions that anyone would have when purchasing a car, and only care about making the sale. They obviously don’t care if the car is in good working order, and don’t make any effort to put your mind at ease.Communication with them has been horrific. I asked multiple times if they could repair the steering wheel which has faded leather, and never heard back about it despite asking 3 times.I got home and read reviews about them selling stolen cars as well as “new” cars that were actually discovered to have been totaled, and feel I’ve dodged a major bullet.I could go on, but it’s time to redirect my energy.Trust your intuition and don’t do business with these people.

Bought my 2010 Chevy Silverado LTZ Been taken there for all of my oil change and tire rotation since I bought it there. They have always done a walk through vehicle inspection before taken in. I noticed they stopped doing that for the last few times. More than 3x. This last time it came back with marks in the front side one time they forgot to give my my key luckily I had my spear so I drove off without a problem. Anyways they tried to denied it but I had proof. They said they were going to take care of it but they kept putting me off. So I had to call corporate office. It's been 6 months. Corporate made an appointment for me this pass Monday (12/11/23) they said we must leave it there for 4-5 days so they could do a through check. my husband calls today 12/13/23 to see the status and they said, "We had no idea your Truck was here?" WTF!! Really. So no one cares to ask, "What's this Vehicle doing here?!" Or the person that took the keys failed to file paperwork and put it through! Poor Customer Service there. And there is NEVER a Technician on duty n we can't make an appointment. Because every time we've gone. There is never one there. Go figure!! Transmission Jerks, have electric problems. We ask for a factory reset and they say. There is none at the moment that your Truck needs. Even though we tell them we have issues. I guess they just don't want to work!! So buy a car if you get a good deal and take it somewhere else for service my Advice to you all!!!

Had a great experience at this dealership and finally found a truck for my business. Ask for Armando Michoacano, he’s the best! He understood what I was looking for and got me the best deal. He went above and beyond to help. Overall I’m happy with my decision here.

I wanted to address an incident that occurred on Saturday, 11/11/2023 over at your Puente Hills Chevrolet. I had brought in my brand new 2024 Chevy Trax LS at 10:00A.M. for my first complimentary oil change and for the installment of my cargo tray. I was told the service would be done before 12 P.M., after a long wait I spoke to Evelyn in regards to my car status and was told it would be out shortly. At 12:30 P.M. Evelyn and Tony approached me informing me that they were unable to install my cargo tray, that they “couldn’t do it”. The lack of communication and professionalism to inform me on the matter was a disappointment. Then upon further investigation of my vehicle I see that the service team punctured holes into the back of the seats. The holes made didn’t even closely line up to where they should be to install the cargo tray with one even being in the center of the seat. I was given excuses that they couldn’t get the clips to go in and that the regular service guy wasn’t there. If the team didn’t know how to properly install the equipment I should have been informed right away and none of the holes should have been drilled. It was a botched job to say the least. There has been efforts to resolve the issue by being offered a free tank of gas and full car detail. However, the fact that this could have been all averted from damaging my brand new car is what is upsetting.

My experience was amazing !!! All thanks to Jesse he always kept me updated about my car and if I ever had any questions he always gave me an answer. He went in detail and made sure I was happy at the end of the day with my new camero. I love this dealer the staff is also very friendly and welcoming to help out others but most of all Thank you Jesse for always keeping me updated and making sure I got the car I wanted !

I had the ultimate pleasure of purchasing a Chevy 2021 trailblazer at this dealership. As I approached the dealership Dominick greeted me out front with a smile. He was outstanding with assessing my situation and needs. I didn’t feel overwhelmed or forced into anything. I felt taken care of and understood. It was a fantastic experience and now I’m hitting the road.

Scheduled a appointment at 9am and I drove and shown up on time. Louise helped me when I arrived and Louis said the car was getting detailed and he said wait and he would bring it out. So I waited then Louis came out and said the car was at the body shop ???Louis was then attended with his sales manager and I asked what was the issue to be at the body shop and he said a key scratch on the door. I asked would they be interested in a offer and the manager said yes they could do a price of $25kI said ok but need to physically seethe vehicle. Louis called me in the afternoon and said the car was back. I went back out to the dealership and I seen the whole side of the car repainted as well as the rear quarter panel and mentioned that to the manager and Louis. Also told the manager that the rear rotor had hairline cracks. Manager said the safety check might had missed that and shrugged it off ?????Then I said why so many body parts were painted vs his earlier statement that just the door had a key scratch ????? No answerThen asked what could they do on price ? Manager said $27.9k.....What and the he said plus "accessories" charge extra of $2050. that was for a tracker for stolen vehicles ??? I said I don't need that and the manager said that comes with all the vehicles.Please be aware of this dealership. I will contact the owner Jim ross and let him know my experience there and hopefully can clarify this is how they do business there.....

The Service/Repair department is a damn mess. Purchased my 2023 Equinox in April. Very next day i notice that the grill is damaged. Call the service department, they tell me to bring it in that day. I bring it in, they examine it and acknowledge the grill damage, unfortunately we need to order the parts probably takes 2-3 weeks. Mind you i live about an 45min away, but i understood and went back home. For the next 3-4 months they give me the run around about the part, i would say 3 different occasions they called me and said the part is in, so i stop by, and every time its another "unfortunately". Around end of July i get a notice for Recall for my vehicle. and in middle of August i get notification that my grill is in, plus i was due for an oil change. So I call in and make an appointment. They said all three procedures would take over 5 hours. So i take DAY off of work to all this. I drop my car off around 830, expecting maybe 330-0430. I never receive a call, so i just go in at 5pm. "is my car done" Yeah everything is done. In my head, then why didnt you call me. I get into my car, notice the grill wasnt fixed... "hmm excuse me what happened to the grill..."Unfortunately the parts to put on the grill is not here" I was livid, then why did it take over 6 hours to finish this car for the recall and oil change? I get a call to come back to fix the grill about 2 weeks later. Drop it off, service guy says it wont take more than hour and half. So i decide to just stay in the waiting lobby. THE FFREAKING PROCESS TAKES 4.5 Hours. Worse of all, this guy tells me my car ready and to come outside, i freaking wait another 40 minutes outside to pullout my car!!!! I feel ok this the last time im coming here!!I get a call today, that my Recall Hasnt been done according to my VIN number... I was like what the fuck did you guys do two months ago when i was there for almost 6 hours, change my oil? Theres no way i will go back here, im currently looking for a better ran Chevy dealer, this place is joke, They dont care about other peoples time, Freaking all the 'dudes" in there service department give a fratboy vibe or house party boy vibe, like waiting to get off work, so they all can hang out and have a house party.I would never buy from here again. Ive bought about 7 cars from a dealership, this has been the absolute worse experience.

Allan was such a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately upper management is horrible.I had signed off for my credit to only be ran once. According to one of the supervisors there. It has to be ran twice. Weird. Honda doesn’t do that. But okay. I agreed for it to be ran twice. It was not. It was ran three times. Something that was never agreed upon. When I mentioned this to one of the managers. He basically said oh well. It’s already done. No apology. Nothing. Hold your team accountable for lying to your customers! This wasn’t the first time this happened. Decided to give this dealership the benefit of the doubt. Big mistake! Not doing business with this dealership again.
