Worst place to service you vehicle please dont waste your time bringing your car here. Real rude when you have problems. Realy nice when they are selling. Tbh worst experience i have ever had still fighting with corporate over this place keep you buyers or service clientele updated once i get case with these guy's. Oh and almost forgot they promise you thing they can't keep. Just to shut you up so beware with what they say. Advice take their names down and call corporate over them don't waste your time with any manager they don't do anything to help you.

Had a 30,000 routine maintenance done 3 months ago which includes flushing & refilling of the cooling system, replacement of wiper blades, transmission fluid, etc. Had my engine oil changed a couple of days ago and got a recommendation to change the coolant and wiper blades. Which means both coolant and wiper blades weren’t replaced at all. Will not be surprised if the transmission fluid was not done too. Called the service adviser who assisted me and I informed him of the situation. He was obviously bluffing and lying in his response. At first he did not know about it. Then a few seconds later, he said that it was an error in diagnosing and he spoke to the technician not to repeat the mistake. All this in less than 30 seconds. Trusted this dealer before, but never again.Update:Once again, I complained about my recent service where I was told to replace my transmission oil, which I had done last year. I had a previous complaint months ago where Ford told me to replace my coolant, which I also had replaced last year. I was put on hold for more than 5 minutes without getting any response.Also, I noticed that my tires were not fully rotated on my previous visit, in spite of getting a checklist saying that all my tires were rotated. I know because there were new valve stems installed in some of the tires. I questioned the integrity of this dealer months ago, but gave them another chance to correct it. This is the 2nd time now and I will look for other options from now on.Zero stars for this one.

I bought a 2020 for Mustang at Puente Hills For, I pay for the extended bumper to bumper guarantee. My car is having transportation problems, I took the car to the dealership 3 weeks ago, they do not want to give me a loaner. They said it nothing they can do about me, I bought the car there.so o. Paying for the car payments and for a rental car.I would never recommend for dealer to any one, all my family drive Toyota. ..IToyataveryI

When to a few Ford dealerships before going to La Puente Ford, they had the best selection of vehicles for Mustang Mach-E 2023, Give me the best deal and finance had a few little bumps, but everything got worked, Ramiro Vazquez was very friendly and easy to work with. Mario and his team worked hard to get me a great Deal. This was last stop before I reconsidered purchasing My first Ford. I regret not coming here first. Five star service all the way. My only complaint would be with whomever washed My Cat they could have done a better job. Overall it was a great experience and I am Beyond thrilled with My New Maverick. I've bought a Ford before, from Colley, but my experience at Puente Hills Ford was EPIC. Brandon K. and Stephen W. were top notch, and I appreciate their patience and kindness while we decided on a Ford Fusion for my dad. It was my dad's first car, and the experience for him was amazing! I witnessed and experienced the worst customer service here that I could ever imagine. My husband and I came in today after speaking with Natalie for a few days on finding a vehicle. We came in today to speak with her again and place an order but was met with a man named Steve instead. From the beginning, he approached very rudely and was upset that he heard we were speaking with other dealerships. He then expressed he would not be helping us and refused to take our order. I could not believe what I was hearing. As someone who has managed sales for a company and with a husband who works in sales, this behavior is completely unacceptable especially towards a customer. It's a shame this dealership lost out on a sale because the terrible attitude and behaviour of a single employee. Ford was built as a customer based American company and it's founder would be turning in his grave right now.

I highly recommend Puente Hills Ford. Yesterday I went with my brother to buy a new Mustang GT and they treated us very well. I normally don't feel comfortable going to a dealer but here it felt like our business was appreciated.

This is going to be a long review but I really want to highlight my first experiences here at Puente Hills Ford and Ford in general.Absolutely amazing service here at Puente Hills Ford. As always, bring someone knowledgeable and understands purchasing a vehicle. I brought my dad to purchase my 2023 Mustang Mach E Premium AWD. I had been interested in one since 2022 but unfortunately the order banks had closed by then. As soon as I was able to order the 2023 one I did. I was greeted by Larry, he spoke Mandarin so my dad and him were able to communicate. He gave me a thorough understanding of the car and the process of ordering. It was quick and easy. As always, the ordering takes at least 6 months before you are able to get your new car.As soon as Ford announced the price cuts this month for all trims on the Mach E, I wanted to upgrade to a premium since I had ordered a select. Larry was out of work for the time being but I was helped by Maurice. Initially, I had just wanted to stop by the dealer to see if I was able to upgrade my order and get it sorted but they happened to have the exact car I wanted to be upgraded to. My past two cars were VWs and as much as we love the cars and brand, the salespeople were vague, and condescending and just not good honestly. I went to other Ford dealers and although nice, they didn't bother to help me.Obviously they are here to do a job and we are here to get a good deal but I never once felt that dealership aggressiveness here. They really treated us with kindness and patience. Maurice was very transparent at what we were receiving and any questions we had that he didn't know the answer to, he didn't give us a "fluff" answer and honestly told us "I don't know but I will have someone get the answer for you". It was a lot of back and forth as all car dealers are in terms of getting the price you want. But they really took care of us. Adam and Bob the sales managers were able to meet us with a price that we were comfortable with. They could've easily sold a Mach-E at the price they initially offered us with but since they saw how much I wanted it, they worked with my numbers. It was a deal after nearly 8 hours at the dealer. They were all absolutely amazing. Really treated me as a person rather than a customer to get some cash from. Bob even talked about Marvel with me lolAfter striking a deal and 5 handshakes later, the Financial Manager Aydin processed our paperwork. He answered almost all additional questions that we had and lowered our prices even more when we were interested in extended warranty. He understood numbers and he understood the importance of saving money. They were honest in what we didn't need and what we needed. The only thing right now, at no fault of the dealer, is the terrible economy we are in. The interest for my finance is at 5.34% and that's the lowest they could do. But they got me a good value for my 2019 VW Tiguan to trade in and I finally have my dream car and I can't complain.Since I wasn't even prepared to purchase a car that day, they let me drive my old car home really quick and clean it out and was still there at 8 pm to help me get settled into my new car. They let my dad ring the gong because he is a child at heart and really wanted to ring the gong. They took videos it was amazing. It has been a long long journey from when I first saw a Mach-E on the road to now. I honestly never thought I would be able to own it but it was possible because of Larry, Maurice, Bob, Adam, and Aydin. Please go here if you are interested in a car, they will help you.

Bob and Maurice were amazing. They were able to get my wife and I into a Brand New Ford Bronco. They somehow got us very close to MSRP which helped us to make a decision to purchase from Puente Hills Ford. We wanted the Bronco ever since the New Model was made and Bob and Maurice made it happen.

Had a great customer service experience when collecting my Ford Bronco. My sales rep Juan always kept in contact with me about my reservation and called me when my truck was in. It’s my first Ford Vehicle and the paperwork was straight and easy compared to other dealerships. Definitely recommend going here to purchase a Ford vehicle.

Hands down Maurice great customer service. BUT months later after purchasing a SUV here I in countered a Mikey mouse on drain plug making my experience with ford go down hill.. I called up service department and first of all rude customer service horrible i understand short staff but at least be polite and explain why it would take 2 weeks to replace a drain plug.. we’ll point is didn’t bother going back took truck to mechanic and repaired issue under 35 mins. Ford lost a client for a few minutes.

My experience was amazing from the moment I walked into the dealership. The energy and vibe within the store put me at ease.
