Ok so I took my car to be serviced.. it was $554.00 for an oil change, tire rotation and spark plugs.. the parts were $77.60 the rest $468.00 was labor... Now I don't mind paying what it's worth but I dropped off my car at 9:27 and it was ready by 10:45... which means they charge about $440.00 an hour for labor.. good thing in 3000 more miles my car will not be under warranty and I will never take it to this dealer again...

I used to like The dealer it is under new management. They really didn't help me out. They sent me a letter cause they wanted my 2022 Nissan Frontier. So I decided to upgrade. They came out and said I needed 5200.00 downpayment, and my carnote will be 1500.00 it was very unpleasant how they do a loyal customer. Never again will I deal with a mafia dealer. I work with the public, so I will not recommend no customer to them.

I had a great experience at puente hills Nissan. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable about the service they provided. The atmosphere was very clean and pleasant. My vehicle was serviced and return to me in better condition than when I brought it in. It didn’t take long at all for the service to be done, and it was done correctly. I would highly recommend this location to my colleagues and friends. Thank you!

I applied and was called by many representatives, I advised them of my credit history and no down payment . The assured me they have a program for down payment assistance and all credit was accepted. They said my job was my credit , what a false and misleading statement. I advise them I did not have a way they said if I could find someone to get me down there they will give a gas card, I found someone and the first thing they did was run my credit said I needed a co-signer and that they would email me the gas card which I still hav not gotten which left me unable to offer the person that come over 100 miles away, I asked over and over and I’m still waiting to receive it.

Myself i had a very bad experience today 11/05/2023 i has sales reps calling me to go down to make a deal, so i went down there and sat for 3 hrs. The dealership advertises your job is your credit well that is a Lie, the first thing the sales Manager and Pit boss did run my credit. for 3 hrs all they kept telling me we will make it happen. well it never happen. i can write more but i am sending a complaint the BBB and Corp of Nissan. I would recommend this Dealership to anyone and the sales Manager Eric or the Pit boss who working today on 11/05/2023 also filing a complaint with the Consumer affairs.

I went to look for a vehicle worth between 15-20 thousand dollars. They tried to sell me a $40k vehicle. They offered my own vehicle for approximately 1/3 of its value. This is not a problem, exchange is accepted or not. But if a customer is looking for a car in the 15-20k dollar range, and you reduce the customer's credit score from 685 to 600 by trying to sell a 40k dollar car and making heavy inquiries, this is entirely the dealer's problem.

Terrible customer service within their service department. I got a letter in the mail stating I had a recall on my car. When I tried to book online for it the vin showed no recall so I called the dealership to check. Sure enough there was a recall. I asked if I could come in today. It was only 9am on a Saturday. I was told wow they are way too busy, booked and I can’t get in. So I make an appointment for the following Saturday at 11. I get another call same day around 1pm saying I missed my service and they need to reschedule. I wasn’t aware I had a service since apparently there weren’t any spots open! So disorganized and I will not be going back.

I have purchased a few cars from this place only because it's so close to my work. To say that the employees harass you would be an understatement. Purchasing the car is fine, it's the constant harassment for service that gets on my nerves.Forget asking them to stop, it never works. I just received a call from someone who's telling me that apparently they've changed their name back to Puente Hills and started reminding me about my service. I've explained that I do not need the text messages, the emails, and the calls and when I have asked for them to stop the individual got a huge attitude with me and told me all I need to do is just pick up the phone and call them which I have done numerous times in the past. I've had to block the number because the amount of harassing calls I get from their employees. The woman then hung up on me. So great buying experience, but don't expect customer service from them

I filled out a pre approval and received an amount I qualified for and down payment I requested. They called it a certificate. It's BS they tried to get 3500 down w a co signer and wanted 1300 a month. The sales people I dealt w were so nice but the one in charge appeared nice and she seemed genuine until she started baiting & switching. Before you go call and confirm your pre approval and make sure they are being truthful. I wasted 5 hours of my life on lies and misinformation. The only great thing after that was the Uber calling. That's the least they could do.

My recent experience was amazing! ANDY!!! Is the best! He's very welcoming always has a smile on his face and gives the greatest customer service! I would definitely go back to service my car doesn't matter if I have to drive 30mins out, even when I have a Nissan dealer 10mins away from my home.

DO NOT COME HERE!!! Andy horrible customer service. Rude to all customers when we were there. Name calling to my wife I almost had to get physical with him. But I know that the cops would take his side. If you want your family to be disrespected then this is the place to go!! Will be emailing corporate about this horrible expense. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

Never had so much fun buying a car! What a great experience! All Salesman, Managers and Finance Managers were so awesome and helpful!Nate, Dorian, Jose and Cheech were all amazing! Adolph and Eric made it so pleasant and even Adam in finance took the stress away! Highly recommended!! Love my new friends!

Well nobody told me any info about the car i purchased i had to look up all my information myself. And i felt like i was just another sale. But the only positive experience was Ricardo i was his first sale and he was very polite, caring and actually held a conversation with my daughter and i. He went beyond expectations and if i were to go back or refer anyone i would only recommend him. He os going to do amazing since he has customer service excellence ! Thank you Ricardo for everything!!!
