What a wonderful car buying experience. Larry was open and honest and he really went above and beyond to get us in the car of our dreams! All the 'paperwork' was done ahead of time online. We were literally in the dealership for 30mins doing finance with Adam who was a pleasure to deal with. He quickly walked us through what we needed to know, got us what we needed and all digital signing so it was super quick! Great service, great staff and great processes. Thank you!

Bought a 2020 Audi Q5 from this placeThey never said that they replaced the windshield. Plus the driver door and the panel above the wheel is the same color compared with the rest of the vehicle, they never said anything about where it had scratches or anything to me, I know it’s a used car, and the so called carfax said that it wasn’t in any accidents, but why would the rubber around the door of the driver side came apart? They did everything so quickly and had me sign the paperwork and then telling me I called them to many times complaining about those thing’s. I’m the costumer. Who else do they want me to call? All my friends who seen the vehicle can actually see the difference in color and questioning if the car had been in an accident..who knows what they did with the vehicle and didn’t report it to the Insurance or DMV.. and I kept telling the guy at the dealership I think I’m making a mistake by buying this vehicle. He kept saying that I got a good deal and that the car is a good car.. how does a 2020 vehicle have two different shades of blue? Even when I took it for them to fix the Rubber around the door I showed the guy that the color are two different shades and he can see it as well .. but hopefully they can fix it. I’m paying full price plus all the add on fees and insurance..Yeah right never wanted to resolved this issue all talk to show the public that they’re committed.. dishonest people be careful..And just imagine the sales manager said that he would purchase a car looking like this for the price it was .. on KBB this was a total rip off.. even the rubber seal around the driver door wasn’t installed properly it’s actually unsticking that’s to show you how unprofessional they are..I wouldn’t go to this place to purchase another vehicle ever..

I'll start with service writer. He was great no complaints. I appreciated the video from the technician that was cool. Service was excellent. The waiting room was ok. The chairs felt a lil unstable and I wouldn't mind a television. One thing I absolutely love at La Puente TOYOTA is they always provide a complimentary car wash after any vehicle service. That is the type of gesture that keeps me going back. I'd recommend doing that.

Mickey was able to assist us and provide us the correct information. he was able to find the vehicle we were looking for and get the paperwork going as we went about our business came back, signed a couple of documents and picked up the vehicle. Overall highly recommended. Adam from financing was excellent. He explained everything in detail and took the time. And at the end of my transaction with both Adam and Mickey, I was presented with a nice gift. Keychain, a beautiful Volkswagen cap, and a stuff animal. (Dog) VW.

I Purchased a car 2 years ago from this companyIt was a Honda accord I loved it , so I made sure I ordered a service warranty and purchased a gap warrantyThe car was unfortunately in an accident about an month ago leaving it to be a total lossI try my best to be an upstanding honest guySo trust me on this , this company will leave you high and dry when it’s time to activate anything you purchase to protect you from being at a loss from an accidentThe service warranty I purchased I wanted it refund they denied it because it’s past the 30,000 miles driven since purchase limit , I guess that’s my fault well I’d advise y’all , not to be like me don’t purchase something you won’t need , majority of us regular folks drive 30,000 miles in one year.They denied my refund of my gap insurance and hung up in my ears ,then called me back to Let me know there will be nothing they can do for me.I wouldn’t advise you guys to not buy gap insurance but I would advise you guys to understand the one they sell doesn’t offer full coverage of your car loan gap if you have a deductible $1000Do with all this info what you will I personally know for sure the universe doesn’t like ugly and this company will bottomed out if they keep the same management god bless.

Bought a CPO Atlas yesterday and I will say it was the smoothest vehicle transaction I’ve ever done. Mickey Gaines and I discussed everything Via Email since I’m not local to Puente Hills and when I showed up there were no Curve Balls. Quick and easy transaction, with no one trying to add any other extras like I’ve experienced in the past. Thank you again Mr. Gaines for a pleasant experience. May I add Mr. Gaines came in on his day off to ensure everything went smooth and as discussed!

Let me begin by saying that I have owned 2 Jettas in the past, loved them and can absolutely kick myself for not going straight to a Volkswagon dealership when my current SUV's (Dodge) transmission went out. I shopped around for a full week-online, calling dealers and visiting various dealers in hopes of buying a used car. It was an absolute nightmare dealing with the bait and switch, and typical car dealership tactics. My last stop was at the Dodge dealership down the street from PH Volkswagen. I left that place so fed up and ready to just ride the bus for a few months because i didn't want to deal with another scheming sales rep. My hubby, daughter and I went to have lunch and regroup. My daughter who drives a VW Beetle, suggested we try PH Volkswagen. I had pretty much lost hope, but now that I had full tummy, I was re-energized and ready for another round. I walked in the VW lobby and was surprised at the "vibe" in the place. It was such a serene place which was a complete contrast from the other dealerships I had been too. At the other places, I felt like a gazelle being leered at by hyenas who were just taking their turn at trying to trick, pressure and outsmart me into buying while overpaying. At VW, I was greeted by Marco Gonzalez with a respectful, calm and helpful demeanor. We asked to see the used cars and he walked us over while answering our 100 questions (we had honed our dealership interviewing skills over the last week). He remained close enough to answer our questions, far enough to give us privacy. He never made us feel pressured, or like he had "something up his sleeve". He unlocked every car we asked to see and let us take our sweet time looking them over. It was getting late in the evening and not once did he make us feel rushed. After discussing pricing and interest rates for used cars vs new cars, I switched gears and asked him to show me new cars in my price range. I will admit, I could not make up my mind and kept having him run the numbers for me (different cars, purchase vs lease, new vs used etc). Not once did Marco hesitate, demonstrate annoyance or make me feel like a bother. We ended up leaving without a car, only because I could not decide. I went home feeling defeated once again. Marco remained in contact with my husband and I, for the next 2 days, never pressuring us-just answering our questions and making sure that we were aware that he was available for any questions that might help me decide. Bottom line? Between Marco and my husband, they were able to make a deal that left me beaming with happiness! Yesterday, I went to pick up my brand new 2024 VW Jetta with "the works"! Marco was the best salesman I have ever worked with (and I have purchased/leased 10 cars in my lifetime). He was even better than the 2 previous VW dealers I had dealt with in the past (at a different VW dealership). He went over every feature, helped me set up the myVW app, logging in and pairing phone with the car etc. The sale was already done, and he was still wowing me with his professionalism and great customer service. I can go on and on about my great experience. My recommendation? Don't waste a second looking elsewhere. Track down Marco G. at Puente Hills Volkswagen and he will take care of you. You will be SO GLAD YOU DID!

The services are great!Today afternoon, I went to the dealer asking for help; the staff named Matthew helped me how to do the right things PATIENTLY.To a woman, like me, who only knows how to drive and fill up the gasoline; nothing else; but Matthew went through the details with smiles… not only I also got a gift of engine oil from the management… Well, his attitude and professionalism convinced me to buy my next SUV here again!

This review is for car services. Prepare to wait hours I made an appointment for 11am today for maintenance. Dropped the car off at 10:50am. Vinny was great, professional, and sweet. He let us know the car would be ready around 2-2:30pm or sooner. We will receive a text or call. We went out for lunch with family and returned at 2:30pm. I went up to the counter to ask if my car was ready because I saw my car parked in the same spot we had left it. Vinny went to go check and said they will go service the car right now. He said the car will be done in 30-45mins. So what was the point of an appointment? So a maintenance service doesn't take that long to do, or was my maintenance rushed and not properly done? (Battery check, tires, and maintenance counter reset) Why did my car only get taken back when I came in to ask? Would I have had to wait until 5pm? 8pm? just to get my car? There was another patron who pulled up after we had checked in, why was their car taken back before mine?We have had services from Toyota and BMW, never had to wait long even with longer lines. I don't feel like my time was respected
