We purchased a Canyon Curve Sectional made by ReneCazares from a local distributor back in 2007, we were able to replace the back pillow cushion inserts from the company in 2018, the sectional is still beautiful in 2024 even though it is in a beach rental. The quality is beyond compare and the helpfulness of the company when needed was very professional.

This is my second time ordering a sectional from RC furniture. Let me just say that the quality and craftsmanship has really changed for the worse. The cushions are horrible!!! I went with an upgraded fill which was highly recommended by my designer. RC supposedly refilled due to warranty defect. It's been 4 months and the seat cushion's are caving in once again. I literally think that they fluffed filling and sent back the Cushions. I will be filing a BBB complaint and taking other legal actions moving forward.

This place sells high end furniture but I would never buy from them...EVER. There customer service is crap and the owners and sons act like true snobs. Go elsewhere.

Absolutely the worst sofa and customer service in our history of furniture purchases. We were told that our sofa would have a warranty and that they would remedy any issue. Wrong. We begged and pleaded and begged some more for help. They finally sent someone to take photos. RC claims that crooked stitching, sagging, rips and non-stop prickly feathers are 'normal' and REFUSE to help us in any way. My fun. Trust us, you don't want any of this furniture or to deal with RC. Go elsewhere. Anywhere. Our Z Gallerie sofa held up MUCH longer than this sofa and had zero issues. All you're paying for is a designer name and certainly designer prices. That's. It.
