I actually made a return on an item I didn't need. So they allowed the return and I found a drum case, so they gave me credit and I mad the purchase.

The people at Sam Ash La Puente were very helpful from the moment I walked in the door. They greeted me and then I proceeded to the guitar section where I was met by John and he remembered that I had called in to buy locking tuners and some strings.I appreciate the great customer service and will continue to return to the store and also recommend them to every musician I know.Biil

Thanks Nick Valadez for helping me out today! He went above and beyond in service by helping me play around with various amps. His explanations were clear and I could tell that he was very knowledgeable on the topic. Lastly, I appreciated what he said about how service is about long term relationship building with the customers. As a teacher, I agree completely!
