Greatest staff I've encounter in a smoke shop environment, the owner, Tony, was a pleasure to meet and was extremely hospitable to me for a first time customer, the store is clean and organized and I thought the prices for their imported snacks was very fair. “Amazing, amazing service!! My boyfriend bought a straight shooter bong and when he brought it home, we noticed it wasn't "working". We called and they said if we could bring it over (they were closing in 10 minutes but still allowed us to come).
When we got there, they were willing to fix the situation by checking out the bong to see whether or not if they can just fix it, or replace the bong entirely. They were able to fix it, and kept checking if it was to our liking before leaving.
