I think the employees at this store are overwhelmed. As a result, customer service for home projects seems difficult to schedule. Staff are harried and curt. I wish I had read the customer service reviews here on Yelp before I signed up for an estimate to replace a door. I'm super-happy that I didn't sign or send anything their way. I will figure out another way to solve my problem.

After finding out the ceo of HD is endorsing traitor trump, i won't be shopping there again. Im lucky enough to live in an area where there are small mom and pop shops, offerup and other areas that won't benefit the ultra rich ceo's.

Absolutely trash service currently still waiting for a employee to come to paint to help. Go to customer service and they can't even find the manager. Like who who running this place?

This review was for the key copy machine service only. The very moment I stepped into the store, i asked a Home Depot employee at the front where the key copy machine was and before I could even finish my thought he already knew as he saw I had keys in my hand. He directed me to where the self service machine was and told me to let him know if I needed any help.The instructions were straightforward and easy to follow. I was able to get the key copied in under 5 minutes and pay at the register in the next 2 minutes. It was very efficient and quick and I appreciate the help and professionalism from the staff. The key copy service was also considerably cheap assuming you select the cheapest option which is just the generic yellow metal key (without any special design).Overall, perhaps the most friendly and positive experience I've had at a Costco even though I was only their briefly it seemed like everyone was in a good mood.

Had a great experience at Home Depot! They had exactly what I needed, plus shout-out to Isabella for being so helpful. She took the time to help answer all my questions and register for a new Home Depot card!

BAD EXPERIENCE. We ordered a delivery to our home and they never showed. Husband was on the phone for over an hour about our order and trying to sort it out. We ended up having to go to the store to load 60 bags of concrete ourselves because the online customer service were of no help.Long story short. There was only one person willing to help us and he was so nice but also busy with his own job responsibilities BUT he totally deserves a raise. HOWEVER, another employee had a very negative response to my husband's question. All my husband did was ask if he could get help and the employee (who I will not name BUT will most likely say something to if I have to go back) responded "why, you don't got it?". Very poor customer service and response. AND he was literally talking smack about another coworker with his colleague. Sad that Home Depot has come to this or at least that employee. Unfortunately, we may have to go back but hope that employee learns something from today.

I never used to care for Home Depot but as I have had to rely on this store for my home remodeling project, I have come to really enjoy shopping at this specific store. Customer service is pretty non existent at this store as the employees are always helping other customers. No big deal as I totally understand and this has forced me to learn to buy many products I am unfamiliar with and complete projects I have never had to do. This store has it all and prices are very competitive with all other hardware stores and in many cases, much better.

The Asaian girl in the appliances department name "Sarah" who works in the city of industry location on 8/15/2022 is very impatient, arrogant with bad attitude, when you ask her question she's like a mean mother talking to her child . No customer service, no knowledge, no patient but rude and loud. I don't think she's suitable to work that position, arrogant and unprofessional . I did file complaint about her to her supervisor and ask the supervisor to escalate to the branch manager about Sarah's service attitude before I left. And if Hone Depot cares about their customer service and reputation, they should not have this "Sarah" in any of their department, she has no intention to provide customer service at all.

Only giving this a one star because Joanna was very helpful, either than that this place deserves 0 stars. A younger gentlemen had messed up my delivery and I had spoke with SARAH who claims to be supervisor about it. SHE IS THE WORST. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE OR LETS YOU EXPLAIN ANYTHING. SHE DOES NOT SOLVE ANY ISSUES OR EVEN LET YOU HAVE THE CHANCE TO. Do not make the same mistake as me and come to this store unless you talk to Joanna directly because she is the only one that knows what she is doing.

I never go to Home Depot but I decided to go today to get some plants and I didn't know exactly what I wanted and I felt I was being a bit annoying but Dominique the cashier who helped me was so nice and tried her best to not make me feel bad she was very sweet and even held my things well I went to get my card I forgot

DO NOT GO HERE. I just got profiled at this location. I spend (used to spend) 5-10 grand a month at Home Depot. I'm a contractor. I went through the automated checkout and halfway in the parking lot a store employee stopped me and asked to see a receipt because they weren't "watching" me and wanted to make sure I paid for everything. I've never been so embarrassed in my whole life. I showed my receipt and promptly walked back into the store with my 143 dollar purchase and returned everything. I will NEVER go to Home Depot again. It might cost me a little more to go to Lowes but Home Depot doesn't deserve a single dime of my money. I will be sure to instruct all my employees to never buy a single thing from Home Depot again for anything on the company credit card. Shame on you Home Depot. Shame on you.

Online order placed at 4:30 pick up email received at 7:30 .... It's now 8:54 I am at home Depot and guess what order is not ready! Why have online order option when no one is going to get the order ready?!?!????????
