Great place to work out, but honestly came looking for a trainer who knew what he was doing. Would encourage, challenge and push me. I can say I found the best of the best. Tyrece is has the knowledge and all the attributes you need in a trainer. I have seen the difference in my body in a short period of time. He is caring but still pushes me to try my best. A++ for Tyrece !!!

Solid gym. Great equipment, lots of space and availability, and plenty of variation to mix up your workout routines. They have classes, boxing area, martial arts, free weights, ufc related stuff and the folks who go there are pretty friendly and helpful as well. Also caters very well to dwarfs/little people as a lot of their equipment is adjustable to fit us.

I have been working with Coach Andrew for about 4 months now and I am happy with the results. I started out at 172lbs and today I weighed in at 156lbs. Coach Andrew provided me with a detailed but easy to follow meal plan that allowed me to lose weight but also eat some of my favorite foods. He is very knowledgeable and was available to answer my questions 24/7. He has regular check ins and adjusts the meal plan accordingly. Highly recommend if you want real results!!

Came in to workout and also ask Alberto A about a fee I was charged. He explained the fee and said he doesn't reverse fees. I didn't agree with the fee and went to another UFC and they said it wasn't a big deal and reversed it. I'm not sure why Alberto needs pretend he has power and not help ufc members. Bad job. Trainers are also non friendly or rude

The training was fine, facilities was fine. BUT, I was wrongly charged for a month's training and asked for a refund. Never got it. It's been almost a full year now, I've spoken with the Management and Training Manager over a dozen times, "we'll look into it" "we'll get back to you" the only time they told me anything was a month later when I called and said "where's my refund?" Tbh i enjoyed coming here but I'll be damned if I give them another dollar for wasting so much of my time. GIVE ME MY DAMN REFUND!

This gym looks amazing. I had a walk around tour and was so excited to potentially sign up in the future. I just wanted to check it out first. I ended up having the most uncomfortable experience with two managers? of this location. I've never felt so pressured for not wanting to sign up on the spot at a gym. They kept lowering their price and finally asked me what it would take for me to sign up. They seem to just want sign ups and don't really care about you. They wouldn't take no for an answer and seemed annoyed by me. I was at a loss for words. I walked out after they finally gave me my free day pass after all the aggressive pushing they did. I didn't want to use it and left. Gym itself looks awesome though. Too bad this is how they treat potential customers.

Went to the gym this afternoon. Finished with my workout like normal tried to use the restroom before i left, sign outside, stating there was a woman janitor cleaning the restroom so that we (as men) couldn’t use because there was a woman inside cleaning the restroom .. sign stated that we were to stay out until she was done cleaning. It took more than 25 minutes, so I left and went to the restroom in the parking lot… Absolutely terrible business practice to practice in the middle of the day while the gym is somewhat crowded… Get a male janitor for this stop inconveniencing gym goers! I’m calling corporate.

Coach Ethan is an amazing coach. I have a pretty huge injury to my leg, and he did a wonderful job working around it. He gave me a workout program that was tailored for my current condition with a spreadsheet to fulfill each week. Every exercise we did, he explained what it was working on and how it would benefit me. I greatly appreciated the time and effort he put into being my coach. I highly recommend Ethan to anyone wanting to better themselves.

Updating my review because I don't know how else to get the UFC City of Industry management to get it together. The gym is clean but their lack of management and leadership is evident. They are beyond unorganized and the staff could care less. The front desk strongly suggest scheduling cryo appointments, so I do. But what's the point of scheduling an appointment if I'm still going to have to wait 15 minutes and then when those 15 are up and I'm ready to get in the tank, they realize the tank is empty. Now we need to add another 10 minutes to switch out the tank. This should all be done prior to people showing up for their appointments. It's common sense. It's completely unacceptable and beyond rude to dismiss other peoples schedules. If I schedule an appointment it's because I have an agenda and places I need to get to afterwards. The amount of times I have talked to someone and complained about this issue is ridiculous. HQ needs to get people that actually want to be here and care enough to do the job. It's clear no one here cares enough to fix the issues at hand.

Recovery has drastically gone down hill. It's been two months since they don't have a full time staff member working in there. Always an issue with cryotherapy not working or tanks empty.

Okay now an update. This is a clean gym, I give them that. If you read the reviews you will notice they say the same thing that gym is clean, they have up to date equipment and none of it is out unlike other gyms. The reasoning for this review is like many other reviews below they are about money. They charged me twice for a shirt I got to work out in and I called and they said they'd call me back and never did. I went in and spoke to one of the coaches there I always see and he apologizes and says I need to speak to the manager and to come during certain time (which is inconvenient for me) and that "oh ya they know sometimes it can charge things twice". Funny to hear an employee say that and management knows and doesn't fix it. Another thing they overcharged me on my membership fee and when I call the girl says "we'll I don't know what the previous conversation was" even though I told her I told the last girl to take the closed account card off my account. She said the manager would call me back and of course they never did. This is not a big gym so don't plan on going around 4-7 because the little room they do have inside is usually taken up by a class so you have to workout outside. This gym is clicky I've noticed and not too friendly with just walking by people and saying hi. They are a hit and miss with the receptionists and their friendliness. They did add more squat racks with is cool but that just took up the little room that isn't on an incline outside. They definitely are not 24 hours 7 days a week. I've showed up Monday morning to have the person open it show up 30 mins after it was suppose to open and say "oh the person who was suppose to open didn't come". Don't think they take consideration of peoples time serious with a lot of inconveniences on space and time. Oh ya don't let me forget there are people in there with no regard to personal workout space due to the limited amount of space in evenings. One women actually walked by me as I stood still in between sets and shoulder swiped me.

Absolute trash! These employees are short-sighted about short-term profits that they are ruining any chance of expansion, market share, and capturing a wide group of customers. You see this with real multinationals with great customer service who will never and/or need to sell their brand to franchisees. I'm not all about white-collar corporate but some franchisees are just too small business and don't have that customer service skill and/or professionalism to appeal to everyone. With that their form letters and/or master templates are inferior seems like some old text system from the late 90's also as if some meathead did it. But what's worse these employees made me wait for two hours on a weekend. My goodness I would have been in a nicer place doing much more fun things instead of waiting for these employees! If you are the opposite of a meathead then you know that time is also an asset and these employees were the worse and their not even Equinox, Gold's Gym, LA Fitness, 24 Hour Fitness or anything and UFC gym's competitors don't even do that's probably because they maintain professionalism and their global brand recognition NOT TO MENTION THEIR HUGE AMOUNT OF RETURNING CUSTOMERS THIS IS WHAT IS GOING TO SAVE IT JUST IN CASE OF HOSTILE TAKEOVER! Anyway, the next week Alberto call me and telling me to come in. What? Do they think my calendar revolve around them? Imagine paying to the parent company knowing a portion pay for their salaries. Yeah perhaps that's why there are so many 1 reviews here.It gets worse Saeid, the manager for this City of Industry franchise operations did a bait and switch. I lost time again, gas expense when gas is high, unnecessary wear and tear just to visit them. If I can go back in time, I would have never visited this Industry location or click to try this gym. Saeid asked me to pay first three times and would not let me work out this is such a bait and switch! But is the whole experience that is so painful and irreversible. Skip this gym as for self-defense get them somewhere else and keep the long-range self-defense open. This place is run like a small business, blue-collar street fighter like, nothing professional about them. Imagine trying to work out and learn about self defense and you have some street fighter trying to challenge you while you are paying their parent company and/or UFC employees inciting and provoking anger more like a hostile workplace that customers are paying for. Also, seems like too much soft-science street skills from blue-collar grapplers. Never would I visit and/or pay these employees. I don't think these employees know that clients boycott, short and/or buy puts of dying companies, invest and/or deliberately go to their direct competitors.City of Industry's UFC gym used card dealership like employees, what you say and do matters to clients!!!! Thanks for the nonprofessionalism, bad experience lost of time and money!DON'T WORRY IS BUSINESS TOO FOR ME!
