Normally I don't leave any negative reviews because I understand it's hard to make a living nowadays but.. I was trying to get some eye drops but it was locked so I pushed the button that says "ask for help" and waited 10 minutes meanwhile I pushed the button two more times, no one came AT ALL!!! At the same time, was trying to return some stuff, the staff (Angela) had an attitude out of no where? While trying to explain my situation, they just kept cutting me off, raising their voice at me. Not giving me any chance to communicate with them at all. Which then we asked for manager and waited over 35 minutes for the [team lead] to show up and did not even look at the things I'm trying to return, straight up said it was burned... how do you know it's burned if you didn't look, maybe you got some super power that us customers don't After trying to explain our situation one more time (cut off once again during my speak) they finally decide to ask the manager. Not even 5 minutes later, a nicer staff came and stated the manager said it was okay to return. This process took over an HOUR. Not to mention, the first time speaking to the staff she already had a questionable attitude. If you don't like communicating with customers maybe you should not get this job

Came here to buy a shirt for 18.00 dollars and I only had Apple Pay available so they told me they don't accept Apple Pay wtf is up with that. Smh so I had to use my gas money just to buy a shirt. Ain't coming here again

Once again terrible customer service. I get it's not a store based on commission but cmon. Everyday courtesy would be nice and should be trained. The staff has to interact with customers in your store and provide a minimum level of customer service as a whole. This is my neighborhood Walmart, so I shop here, however frustrating it is. I provide the workers here with the customer service that they should be giving me. I have a Retail management background and don't expect to be pampered here, but c'mon. The Management Team should be training these guys to do better. They're getting paid a lot more than I am where I'm working now, and although I've been on both sides, the treatment of customers here is pitiful. Get it together, guys. Please!

Used to be just fine, now they shut down all but 2 of the self checkouts and it’s a god awful wait just to checkout. None the less Im willing to pay an extra buck on items just to avoid going there and waiting.

I've been trying to call this store since 8 am and it is 9:30am. No one answers the phone. I purchased something and left it at the store and wanted to confirm it was there. Phone service is the worst. they dont event deserve the 1 star i had to give them to post this damn review.

Made us feel like thieves, have everything locked up. Won't let you take your items to the register and let you check them out. Wanted to walk our normal items not from electronics up to the register. Lines are long because they have closed most of self check out and have one long line to check out and have no registers open

Couldn't even make a simple return or exchange on a phone card that did not work a phone. Chat support did not help me transfer service and an out of 100.

Automotive department is a joke here.. the rep told me they don't answer the phone on purpose because "it's a problem". You come in and they're rude and not helpful. Go somewhere else!
