To the teller with the terrible attitude and manager that supports berating customers openly after they leave because they aren't familiar with the banking system, thank you for reminding me why I prefer the call center over entering this branch.I didn't need to feel dismissed for trying to do the right thing with my monies and inconveniencing your time to gossip just because you had to actually perform your fiduciary duty representing a bank that takes my hard earned money.I'm content with the big name bank but find this branch such a hassle to interact with. It might be time to consider finding a local credit union that has better customer service to take care of transactions outside my digital wallet.

This morning I just get online for 30min to deposit my rent to my landlord! When the time to the teller counter who’s name Monica is very bad service and give me a very ugly face and don’t let me deposit due to said I’m not the signer of the check! This is the first time it that happen on Colima brand! I had been went there for more then a year and never have that happen even there have date issue! I just need to change in front of the teller! I’m so disappointed and upset

Although this branch is clearly lack of personnel, but bankers are very nice and they really try to meet customers' needs.

Bankers attitude is really arrogant. Service is bad. I will never bring my business account here, even there is $1250 incentive bonus. As I Can't trust their service and credibility.

Excellent service, I rarely go to a physical Wells Fargo store but if I have to this is the one to go to. Everyone there has good customer service

Don't bother wasting your time if you ever want to refinance at this location. 4 weeks can't even set up an appointment, keep giving me new and lame excuses postponing my appointment. In the end, I have to say enough is enough. The mortgage specialist, I think her name is Jesse, is either very good or very terrible at her job. Anyway if you want to refinance, my advise is to seek elsewhere.

I was having trouble adding a contact to Zell some money to my dad. When I went in the bank was very busy and one of the bankers took time out of her busy day to help me. I didn't get a chance to ask her name. But she was amazing. This is one of the many reasons I love Wells Fargo. They always take time to show how much they care.
