Got my storage broken into and they didn't want to help at all. We asked Vicky to see if she can look through camera footage for those specific dates and she didn't want too. Told her if the police can look through it for a police report and she said no as well. On top of that there is no cameras in that section where our stuff was at no "hidden cameras" like they claim to have. No point in having insurance here or renting from here because they don't help at all. Their online paying system also didn't work for months. We were also not the only ones who got robbed that day.

I have always received the most professional and courteous treatment from everyone at All American Mini Storage. They have been helpful and highly responsive to requests for assistance or information.

I will vouch for safety and cleanliness. The bottom floor units (larger more, expensive ones) are much cooler. Top units are terribly hot and will ruin electronics. I rented two large bottom floor units and one smaller unit on the top floor. We sold our home and needed to store furniture until our next home was ready.Now, the office clerk, Vickie, can be very, very attitudinally fickle. She can seem nice and hepful sometimes, but at other times I found her extremely condescending, and on one ocassion just nasty when I tried to finalize my move-out date. Our last encounter really ruined my experience with All American. I don't plan to ever work this Vickie individual again. I am 69 years old with 2 graduate degrees, and I paid $450 a month for the storage spaces, and I just do not feel condescension and disrepect are good business practices nor warranted. Again, if you can get past Vickie, generally the storage facility is quite good.

We have a storage at All American may I add their service has been excellent, a we would like to elimnate, Vicky who works there was very helpful giving us info to call companies to remove items we no longer need. They came that day and got us started. Thanks Vicky for all your assistance.

Not a secure facility!!!. My unit and several others were recently broken into. This facility did not even call the police. I spoke with the manager Vicki this morning and the entire time, instead of being sympathetic or apologetic, she tried to hide the ball. She refused to provide any details of the break in even though she has the security footage. She told me that was "confidential", even though my stuff was stolen. I was simply trying to gather the much needed information to make pole report. In the end, Vicki told me they do not insure their customers property and told me I was trespassing. When I reported the break in to the police they informed me there are numerous break ins at this facility and there is nothing they can do since all-American is uncooperative. Good leaving your stuff there.

My daughter needed to store her stuff when the college closed down due to Covid 19. They provided a truck for the move with the storage rental which made it easy for her and her roommates. Clean, safe and well managed.Would highly recommend.

A. 64.80 to 74.00 is a massive increase. I have been with you since 2015. Rent increase every year but never a 13 percent increase.Please explain.B. Does it include my senior discount?I am providing 15 days to respond before the rent is due. Please respond.C. Also, when you changed the gate code a month or two ago, I was never informed and it caused a great deal of turmoil. Why was I not informed as I was locked out of my paid storage place. As it occurred on a weekend, it took 2 days to be able to reach my rented unit which is totally unacceptable too.D. Also, I can not pay online; I have to call. Why is that? I use Chrome. For 2 years this has been occurring and I want it fixed as that is the way I will pay the May 2021 rent and you provide that option. If your option does not work, no late fee for me. And you will have to wait, as I have waited for 24 months for you to repair the issue.I am keeping a copy of this email sent 15 days before the rent is due. Thus I have proof I sent this message to you.Email me answers to questions A, B, C, and D. If you want rent before May 1. I do not have to pay rent if your company does not answer these very reasonable questions-- A, B, C, and D.

I have been renting a variety of units here, of various sizes, for many years. I used to be able to pay online. That became a BIG plus. Perfect for a time of isolation and internet business. The description of the place says online payment accepted. I haven't been able to pay or have any access to online payments in months! This has been a big roadblock to using a service I have trouble getting to while living out of town. Otherwise, other than it being terribly dark inside the units, I've been satisfied.

Nick was very nice, professional and helpful. Great customer service! He also got our application done in a timely manner. He gave us great information on our unit and the process of getting the unit.

I would give the place 5 stars but I have to split it down the middle because although Nathaniel is great the other woman there is rude and dismissive. She needs to go.
