The gentleman at the counter was very rude, and wasn’t wearing his mask when I entered the store. Then he proceeds to say “there is a law that states I am not allowed to use restroom.”

They DO NOT accept credit cards and debit cards require a service fee. The off loading of the cost of doing business to the customer at the point of sale is the reason I don't patronize AM/PM and Arco Gas Stations. 7/11 are just better when it comes to that. Especially when pricing for food, drink, and gas is comparable.

This is the best AM/PM ever. Everyone is always so nice. The food is always good and the sodas are amazing. The Owner is always polite and friendly.

This guy was chatting it up with his friend (in Spanish). When I asked for cigarettes, he placed them on the counter and then turned his back to me and continued talking to his friend. I completed the atm pad transaction on my own. He handed me the receipt while continuing to chat with his friend. I said "thank you" and he completely ignored me. Literally didn't look at me or say a single word to me! Acted as if I was intruding on his chatting-with-his-buddy time This guy should definitely not be working in customer service jobs. Worst I've seen yet.

Dude behind the counter is a jack a*** He asked what I did for work and when I told him he went on to say "oh so the boss makes all the money and your like the cockroach" how ignorant is that ? He has no idea what I really do ? Why would he make that reference? The conversation literally took less than 2 minutes and dude refers to my position with the company as being a cockroach. Not cool

Great store! PePe is a very respectful gentleman and has great customer service skills. I will stop here whenever I'm in the area working. I visit many ampm store throughout the region and this is one of the best store I have visited. Cool spot however, it's too bad there isn't a car wash at this location.

I go here every evening for their GREAT, HOT decaf coffee, and the AMAZING fresh cookies. Pepe is always friendly and his sarcastic joking always make my day.

Customer service should come with a smile, pero some people don't appreciate the fact that the good ol U.S of AMERICANS is the reason and ONLY reason for their paycheck! So smile beeches!
