I was expecting to have to go to another business to get the tint done after the window replacement. The price point was fair as well . Called in the morning and was told to come in that same day and had the issue assessed and resolved shortly after. Was given options to resolve the issue and really appreciate the team’s friendliness and John’s expertise. Even had one of my missing emblems replaced. Definitely coming back.”
“We have used New View once before on our RV when the wind caused the door to hit our bus style mirrors, and broke the glass. This time they are repairing the foggy/haze-y windows on the driver side of the motorhome, and replacing the driver side window.The girls in the office were able to answer all my questions, and scheduling was easy. The guys arrived, a bit earlier than anticipated, but I missed the phone call. They removed the windows, in about an hour.... And they were super nice and professional. We should have them back in about a week.Highly recommend”

Johnathan came right over gave us a very reasonable quote and we scheduled service the following Monday. The windshield was replaced with no issues. Johnathan was very friendly and professional. I would 100% recommend him to repair or replace your windshield. I would use him again if needed.”

“Wheels and tires were out of balance on my Silverado. I did some research and found some great reviews for AJ wheels and tires. Drove about 30 min to get there and was greeted by Alex (I believe) who was friendly and courteous from the get go. I mentioned my concern and he was quick to take a look at it. He noticed that my spacers were causing the issue. He was fully transparent and gave me a couple of options that to either help by keeping the spacers on or removing them to eliminate the issue altogether. I opted for the latter which did in fact solve the problem. I don’t have the stance that I was used to but the ride quality absolutely improved and it’s totally worth it. Thank you AJ W&T!”

Even at caliber I’ve had to go back several times to fix the same repairs, I still have repairs caliber needs to fix, I just got tired of going back (not the Rancho location). Avalon gets it done right the 1st time and that’s worth everything to me.”
