The only bank in LA county I could find that was willing to get the SBA PPP loan for my business even though I did not have an existing relationship with them. They were extremely helpful, prompt, and friendly.

Someone (I did not get his name) in the "Administration Office" as the woman inside the bank called it had my car towed from their parking lot. Lied to Claremont PD about the length of time the car was there - claiming two weeks when it was parked in their parking lot from Saturday to Monday AM. Due to Covid 19 and social distancing I have been staying with my girlfriend away from my father and his compromised immune system to keep him safer. After retrieving my car from the tow company and the $289 bill I wanted to ask WHY it was ok to lie to the cops and why there wasn't at least a little understanding during this time. I went to speak with them and the managers' response was "It doesn't matter what I say... 5 minutes or two weeks" and I needed to leave or he would call the cops. I once again asked if lying was ok and he repeated "it doesn't matter." At this time other employees came from their offices with one wearing a face mask (so they understand the concept of social distancing) coming into my space saying "You need to leave bro." To his credit he did not touch me. I only asked if it was ok to lie to the cops and how could he not care about the world and what we are all going through. Once again, his response: leave. There are many options out there for banking - my advice - do not bank or do business with a company who's leadership is ok with not telling the truth and even doubles down in front of his employees. I guess it shouldn't be surprising that they have no heart but I would not do business with a company where the leadership doesn't have a soul especially in these tense times.

Not clear when helping customers, explained one way via email and then things changed when last email with contract (deferment) and phone conversation. I am a federal employee that asked all institutions for assistance, all were clear and helpful, not satisfied the way CCB "helped" me. If they would have explained everything from the beginning I would not be complaining. Shady buisness when you tell someone you drafted their account "last week" but it was drafted today on 1/28/19.

If there ever was a bank deserving the label of loan sharks this is your bank! If you want to get screwed over this is the bank! 10 years ago my Father Refinanced our company property with community commerce bank. A $200,000.00 loan. Well my Father has past away. I am now running the business. I just learned that this loan will cost me $750,000.00 for $200,000.00. I Pray God deals with this company most forcefully! I'm glad Wells Fargo is here to help me out!
