Seriously the only mechanic I've ever been to that I genuinely loved. Meghan was incredibly helpful and spent 20 minutes going over their recommended repairs and the cost, answering all my questions. Never felt like I was being pressured into paying for a repair that I didn't need like I have at other mechanics.

Great service!! Everyone was so helpful even providing a loan car for me and washing my car after the work was done. Amazing. Everything was explained in detail before work was done on my air conditioning system. Being a senior citizen, I felt respected and cared for. I highly recommend these folks to other seniors like myself they are honest and do excellent work.

We brought our 2000 Rav4 in for normal maintenance service. This was are first visit. We have keep the car in excellent condition for 24 years, replacing parts as needed to have a safe running 2nd car in the family. Oscar, a crew manager, reviewed safety and maintenance issues on our car and suggested service. They have a large computer screen which makes reviewing areas of concern easy to view. I felt very comfortable after his review to go ahead with repairs suggested.
I found their entire staff helpful and professional. The repairs where done on schedule and estimates met as stated. We are very happy with their services.

Great customer service. Sarah did an excellent job of updating me on repairs for my 2016 Yukon. Provided detailed photos of parts requiring replacement as well as new parts used. Technicians did a thorough job inspecting the vehicle and making suggestions on priority repairs. Fair pricing and did not push to make any unnecessary repairs. Will be a return customer.

Been coming here for a couple years after moving to CA from TX. The whole team is great! They’re super transparent and patient for those of us who don’t know a ton about their vehicles. You might be paying a little more than at other places, but it’s a small price for good service and peace of mind. If you live in the Claremont area, definitely make them your go to!
