Moving out. Rented space for four months. It was clean, convenient and safe but they doubled my rent. I realize this is a common practice to raise rent on storage units but to double it after four months was ridiculous. Very disappointing searching for another unit plus have to pay for movers.

Jason was welcoming and valued the experience of my visit. Jason was knowledgeable about every aspect of the company and was happy to answer all of my many questions. Jason walked me to various spaces and helped me choose the right space for my needs. I had been looking around at several storage companies today. Jason certainly made me feel welcome and that I belonged. I signed up today because of my experience with Jason.

have a storage unit in Claremont on Arrow Hwy,. just west of Indian Hill Blvd for several months now & I love this company!! From day one They've been one of the most welcoming & Professional companies I have ever done business with! Seriously, doesn't matter who I talk to or reason I've contacted them, they always have time to answer my questions, help me pay my bill or troubleshoot a problem. It's amazing the consistency of training they have BECUZ its always above & beyond!! I highly recommend

Jason Palos at the Claremont location on Arrow Hwy was amazing! I was given a thorough description of the units available and Jason helped me find the unit I needed and handed me the lock and keys within 10 minutes of me stepping inside the office. Overall very happy customer and great experience 10/10
