Unacceptable, incompetent service - RUDEThree points:1. I ordered a book on 1/15/2023 for a class. I chose to get it on Huntley partially because their website said that the book was in stock. On 1/17, I got an email saying that the order was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up, and was told after arriving that the book was in fact not available, but was already ordered with two-day shipping and would be in on Friday. Furthermore, I was told I would get an email when it was ready. It hadn't arrived on Friday. It wasn't in on Monday. I called today (1/27) and was told that "it had arrived yesterday". I was not informed at all. No email, no courtesy call. 2. There are better deals elsewhere. I purchased another book at Huntley for a different class. After I had paid $55 + tax (totaling approximately $60), I came to find out that the book was available online for $35 plus tax. This disparity is highly questionable. Do they think that I can and will pay ~30% more for a book I can get online?3. The worst part is this: some of these associates are just plain rude. As I went to pick up the book that was 12 days late, I informed the first associate that I was here to collect an online order. He asked me if I had received an email saying that the order was ready. I replied that I had not, and with a tone indicating overt rudeness asked "who told you?" I had just called and was told - no name was given! I asked a different associate about their price-match policy; this person just would not look me in the eyes. Do they think that their client base is stupid? Or passive? Or willing to accept mediocre service? This is shameful and unjust. Someone needs to remind them that human decency doesn't cost anything. I will avoid Huntley like the plague. Consider yourself warned.

All the merchandise was in the back and you could only shop on a a computer. Not a cool campus bookstore experience

Just like any other college bookstore. Have neatly arranged stack of places for books by course. Merchandise availability is decent. Have a good computer selection.

Nice staff and customer service. Not a good selection/variety of options for college apparel and merchandise, esp for cmc. Prices a bit steep. Only open during the week until 4pm. No weekend or evening hours.

After finding a fabulous discount on a pair of Harvey Mudd sport shorts, I stopped by to pick up my order-to avoid the shipping costs! The whole process was smooth. The store appeared quite big with lots of school gear but I did not peruse the area in detail. Seems like every so often they have great deals so remember to check on line for deals. They are open M-F 10am-4pm.

Staff is always courteous and professional. I'm a graduate student and do not have time to waste. Only limitation is parking. They need more for Bookstore patrons.

Solid selection of both sci-fi classics and stuff from newer authors. I was first introduced to Three Body Problem a few years back on their recommendation, and it's become my favorite series.
