Great service from the minute my girls and I walked into the lot. Miguel and Xavier are just remarkably friendly and felt as I knew them. Very professional but not just as sales men. They worked with me and my budget. They were very patient with me.

Easiest car buying experience I have ever had. Big thanks to Xavier, Martin and Miguel. Had the deal pretty much done before I even showed up at the dealership. Dialed in the details once I showed up and we were on our way. Highly recommend if you are looking for a new or used car!!

I bought a car from this dealership after few days, there was an issue with the car, the check engine light was on. I contact the dealer ship and explained to him the issue . On the next day they didn’t answer any calls from me , I took it to deferent dealership and they told me there was an issue with the transmission and has to be replaced after they replaced the transmission, I still have problems with the new transmission, I took again multiple times to again to the dealer and they couldn’t fixed and I still have problems , so my advice to everyone don’t buy from this dealer. it is terrible and the customer service is nightmare.

This place is a joke, I have been waiting on a dipstick recall for over a year. Everytime you call the service department NO ONE answers. I have four open recalls on my 2022 2500 ram DO NOT TRUST THEM OR GO THERE FOR ANYTHING

I took my truck foran oil change when I got it back it had this smell like oil/gasoline, I took it back and they said that they had diagnostic which is I have to pay I did tell the the rude lady that I just had it done and she replied that still had to pay. my truck is a new truck with 19k miles was not smelling like that when I took it in , besides they dont give a damn at all they a bunch rude people...do not go there at all

First time here today for oil change tire rotation. Check in with Rosie service rep went smoothly. Got the customary text message stating "we'll keep you updated on the progress of your vehicle service - and text back if you have any questions..." 3 hours later noticed Rosie getting in a car and leaving. Went outside to check and another service rep checked on my vehicle and low and behold it was already done an hour ago. Poor customer service by service representative today. I know this service department can do better and will give them another try in the future.

James at the Claremont Jeep dealership was very helpful and very nice. He helped me with my car when the Fontana dealership messed it up. And he also got my car out very fast. He got it out within an hour so I am very happy with this place. I recommend them.

NEVER EVER SHOP HERE OR TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!I was trying to wait to post this BUT;Regarding their service department ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!!!!!!The service department is a Ghost Town & no one EVER answers the phone or calls back. I have never in my life had to physically call a few dozen times in hopes that SOMEONE would answer the phone. I've tried walking into the service department for any kind of update and still no one is there, not one person behind the counter and not a single person visible I swear they're hiding! Then when you do get ahold of someone I am just shocked by the lack of professionalism, or care. They just want you to pay, pickup and get out it seems! I will NEVER take my vehicle back here until something changes, They are supposed to represent the Brand and the Dealership and they're not doing either!!!I have been fighting them on extended warranty work and somehow now the warranty company is covering so much of the repair and yet somehow my out-of-pocket cost has gone up versus what it should be, somehow they are charging me 5 hours for a 3.5 hour job. They neglected to contact the vehicle warranty company, they neglected to follow up with the warranty company and somehow they are trying to blame me for their mistakes and I feel like they are holding my vehicle hostage until I pay they're demands!

Read the reviews. This place is a joke. We now drive 20 minutes further for service at a different dealer because they are so bad. I had hoped that things would improve under new ownership, but they haven't.They asked me to leave my vehicle for up to one week and said I need to call the manufacturer to see if we could get a loaner. The other service department said they could take care of the issue in a day or two and they even arranged for a free ride home.
