I have thru the drive thru 2x and they where very rude I usually go to Glendora but I wanted to try something closer. My biggest mistake. The teller kept saying I can’t see your face don’t know who u are even thou she already had my info and ID. Maybe she was having a bad morning I went back a second time and same issue she asked for me to get out of my car and go inside I refused I asked for my things back and never went back . Glendora are much nicer and professional. I prefer to travel further then to deal with unprofessional

I wish I could give 0 stars. DO NOT BANK HERE! I opened an account here prior to it being Pacific Western Bank, back in 1998. I keep money here for a rainy day, enough to cover all of my expenses for a couple of months. I do not touch these funds. Twice in the past 2 years, this bank mistakenly withdrew money from my account, draining it, because someone has a bank number one digit off from mine. They then tell me it is my fault for not catching it. This time, it dropped my account below a certain amount so it continues to accrue fees. Apparently the other account was closed, and now they cannot find my money. It is literally thousands of dollars. How does a bank lose money in 2022? Go ELSEWHERE! I am filing a complaint with BBB and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.

I came in simply to exchange a torn $20 bill for a new one, which the federal reserve website explicitly states can be done at any bank as long as at least half the bill is intact. They told me very coldly to go to a bank that I was an actual customer at, which for me is 100 miles away. Thanks for nothing.

If you can choose to do business with literally any other bank, then do so. My interactions with them have been nothing short of nightmarish and nonsensical. After having presented to them correctly executed legal documents, their "upper management" and "legal department" keeps coming up with new and innovative ways to not disburse my family's money. In my experience, they will not do business in good faith, so stay far away.

This might be the worst bank I've ever been to. I went in to cash a check it was written on this Bank, and they refused to do it. The lady up front was extremely rude, and they said in order to cash a check they had to call the person who wrote the check first to verify. When they couldn't get ahold of them, they just sent me out the door. They didn't give me any other options, such as to open a bank account with them which I probably would have done just to expedite the process. Out of spite I went across the street and use the check to open up a bank account with their competitor and it went through just fine. They lost a lot of corporate business because of their asinine customer service. Stay away.

The people here are not helpful. If it was up to me I would not use them, however I can not leave them at this time. Each visit is horrendous. Each time they always us a run around. We had to open up an account, but needed court certified papers. This account was beyond the usual personal checking and savings. This branch did not accept our paperwork. We called our lawyer and she stated, this was the proper paperwork. In order to keep our blood pressure lower we went to another location. Guess what? Everything went smoothly and there were no issues with the paperwork we had. Screw this location.
