Price gougers. I started renting a new downsized unit in January (at a non-promotional rate as I had previously been renting a larger unit and therefore didn't qualify for that), and 4 months later they raised my rent almost 50%. Huh??

Easy to establish account. All rules and charges given verbally and in writing. Facility clean. Staff friendly. Interior units clearly labeled.

No pressure to rent something bigger. The woman who signed me up was kind and patient. My storage room was clean. There was always a cart available.

Reserved unit online. When I arrived I was greeted by name. The manager then took me in golf cart to show me the unit. I had to send back some additional paperwork and I received an immediate reply. Facility is clean and well light. Great experience so far.

This is by far the best storage facility I’ve worked with. Everyone here is so polite, courteous and easy to work with. I’ve dealt with Laura and Krista on multiple occasions on my visits to the facility. They are so accommodating and helpful. I will definitely keep my business here with them!

I rented this unit to store my daughter’s belongings prior to her move for her first job. The unit was exceptionally clean. The location is easy to access. I would recommend storing in this facility and doing the auto pay to ensure you have expanded access to the facility.
