I loved living here!! Robin was the best property manager; she was always very kind and responsive to any questions/concerns I had. She was also gracious enough to remind us when we may have accidentally forgotten a utility fee and provide us with a key (free of charge) when getting locked out. The property's landscaping was also gorgeous and the location is amazing. There's a gym within walking distance and a few food spots as well. I would love to live here again in the future!

Living here is a NIGHTMARE. Robin, the “manager”, is always so rude to me. These are terribly “rebuilt” apartments. Deep issues with construction, leaks have happened in the ceiling and the floor in multiple areas, with maintenance unwilling to handle it appropriately. So many neighbors have been moving out every month, and for good reason. “Emergency” maintenance line is unresponsive. Maintenance doesn’t believe you when you tell them something’s wrong, then don’t apologize when they find out you were right.Power outage was planned by electric company, and no communication from management about this, everyone’s cars were stuck in their garages. Water was out too, and no communication from management. Literally ZERO communication about the power outage and the water outage from management. The pool area is dirty all the time, the community BBQ is grotesque. When they have landscape trim the grass every blue moon, they leave a huge mess with grass clippings everywhere that are never cleaned up.Our grout in the kitchen floor bubbles up seeps through the fake vinyl and causes a mess that’s ongoing, and maintenance has refused to fix. We’ve had multiple leaks, multiple issues with the washing and drying machine, issues with our dishwasher, issues with garbage disposal. There hasn’t been a moment of relaxation or comfort living here. There’s no common courtesy or decency from Robin or anyone at this company. I would NEVER recommend this place to live to anyone.

I love living here! Going on my fourth year and continue to be extremely satisfied. From the office management through to groundskeeping, everyone does an exceptional job! Maintenance is always extremely responsive and quick to take care of issues. The rent is reasonable for Claremont, and continues to be a good value. I would highly recommend living here! A great mix of families, Singles, students, some retired - a great neighborhood!

The Artisan Claremont has been a great living experience for me and my family. We have been living here for a long time. It isn't just the area but , the property management is outstanding. From the Property manager Robin. She is always available and approachable. She responds quickly to emails and is willing to assist you . The Maintenance Engineer Ronnie is outstanding. He is quick to respond to any work order submitted for your apartment and resolves any issue your unit may have. The Artisan is a beautiful Townhome complex. I would highly recommend any family here.

I lived in the artisan Claremont throughout 2020! I absolutely loved living here and would highly recommend it to anyone interested. The application process was very smooth and Robin was super helpful and responsive at all times. The neighborhood and location is amazing, especially if you have a dog it is a short walk to Claremont's dog park and you could easily walk or bike to the village. I only had 2 maintenance issues when I lived there, my AC did stop working in the summer when it was hot. However, the maintenance staff were extremely on it and gave me a temporary AC for upstairs that was a life saver. They were able to fix my AC quickly and took it very seriously! My only other issue was the ice machine not working but that was an easy fix for them as well. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the Artisan, the management, and the maintenance! I am actually super interested in moving back and hope I can sometime this year! Thank you to all the staff who have made my experience so positive!

This was a wonderful place to live! Nice neighbors, great staff and wonderful location. We lived there for a little over a year, leaving in November of 2019. I always meant to leave a review because Ronnie and Robin were always so great! Even our dog Scout was upset when we left.

I loved here last 3 years. I moved in before the renovation. I have only great things to say about the management team the Rony and Robin duo are outstanding. Always smiling and helpful. Claremont is a small town that offers beautiful small downtown and decent school district.

Love The Artisan Claremont! Love the neighborhood! It's quiet and all my neighbors were very nice and friendly and quiet! Our Manager, Robin Allison, and our Maintenance Person, Ronny, are the best! They both are friendly and just good people. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a nice place to settle into. The neighborhood is fantastic, your are near to the Village, the colleges, stores, restaurants, and the Metrolink! What else can you ask for!! If my family and I had not bought a house 2 months ago, we would still be happily living there today. You will love the small town feeling of the neighborhood.

Location, location, location and recently renovated. Large units, townhome-condo feeling, no one living above you, garage parking and street parking! They just had a wonderful restoration done by a company called BluSky Restoration. Amazing that they were able to renovate all the exterior of the buildings in less than 8 months. They didn’t even have to move us out.
Love the walking distance to downtown and metro link station.
I work nationwide and live in various places, this has been one of my favorites.

Five stars for the leasing managers and Ronnie the maintenance guy. They are lovely and incredibly helpful. They do everything within their power to make living here manageable. But the reality is that these apartments should not be on the market due to the large number of renovation and repair issues that must be addressed.
Don't move in here. SpringHill has begun a long-term exterior renovation project in the hopes of addressing some of its issues. This project is currently only a few apartment building but will soon spread to the entire complex. Construction lasts from 7:30 AM - 6 PM Monday through Friday, and often includes Saturday as well. Apartments are unusable during those hours due to noise, dust, and debris. I am unable to work from home at all. I am unable to come home to my apartment during the day for lunch/letting out my dog/etc. without getting a migraine. Forget relaxing in your apartment or watching football on a Saturday... Renovations this major should not be done on apartments with tenants - they should have taken these apartments off the market. Most people have to park on the street now due to the construction. Patios and balconies are unusable for the foreseeable future. During the day, the grounds are covered in nails, broken building materials, debris, trash, and the various items that the construction crew leaves around. Construction staff is constantly coming in and out of apartments.
The interiors of these apartments are meh and need a lot of work. Cabinetry and closets are strangely shaped and are falling apart. There is water damage in almost every cabinet in the apartment, which has caused warping and separating. Sinks and countertops need updating. My walls are a light grey - which is a nice touch - but the low, popcorn ceilings are pretty terrible. My flooring was replaced right before I moved in, so at least the carpet and laminate wood look nice. As of right now, apartments do not come with a refrigerator (apparently common in CA?!?), which is a pain in the butt, but at least you know ahead of time. Microwave and stove are average. One of the only places around here where you can bring your own full-sized washer. Downstairs porch/patio would be nice, if I could use it....
Follow up: It rained for 1 day. Which, apparently in these apartments, causes water damage and roof leaks. Issues were exasperated by the fact that the roofing renovations were begun but not completed. So now, in addition to renovation construction, we all now have the luxuries of a water remediation team and asbestos remediation team coming in and out of our apartment trying to manage the damage, containment, and repair. In my apartment parts of 3 rooms are tented off, parts of walls and flooring cut into, and insulation removed. 3 massive dehumidifiers are running in my apartment non-stop, hiking up my power bill and making the temperature inside my apartment 80 degrees. Now added to the unusable space in my apartment: half my master, 1/4 of my second bedroom, and half of my kitchen. Other apartments faired far worse.
It is dishonest to continue to lease apartments while performing large scale and constant maintenance and repairs. If an apartment needs this much structural work, it should not have residents living inside it.
In summary: Out of the 8 months I've leased my apartment, I only had access to all of its square footage and all "amenities" (aka porches, parking lot, etc) for 5 weeks. I haven't spent a single day in my apartment where furniture was exactly where it was supposed to be, curtains were hung, and decor was on the walls. I live in a constant, chaotic construction zone, which is incredibly stressful. If you would like some semblance of a normal life in an apartment that feels like home, run, don't walk, to a different apartment complex.

I had good opinion until I see the bill with move out statement. The condition of unit when I occupied was not so great. Building is very old and didn't expected much. Also I left the house with good condition. I had to pay much over deposit!! I never left a bad comment for any of previous apartments I lived. This is the first one I felt like I had to give -ve stars.
