I had a unique request and had difficulty finding an engraving place that was able to assist but timeless creations were able to take great care of me! They were able to Handle my special request on a memorial for a recent death in the family and were able to get it done extra quickly so that I would have it in time for the service. I would highly recommend and would definitely go back for any future needs

Got a small engraving with a custom font done on a HydroFlask as a gift. Dropped off on Thursday and picked up on Monday. Engraving looked exactly how I wanted it! I gave them a mockup of how I wanted it to look and they did it perfectly. The recipient loved it too! Not only that, but it was reasonably priced. The people who work there are nothing but kind and sweet. Only thing is that they're a little hard to reach over the phone. Try calling at other points in the day.
