They had a Notary Public on site. They were kind and super helpful. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I had gone to two other UPS Stores and they could not help me. I will continue coming to this location.

Whenever I walk into this UPS store I am always greeted by someone with a smile! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jim in particular helps us a lot, he is friendly and informative! I always have my hands full with a return and my littles and he’s not only friendly with me but also my kiddos! Makes the whole experience a good one! Also always fast and easy! Thanks UPS!

This is the best UPS store we have ever frequented. The people are friendly, knowledgeable, professional and patient. The store is the cleanest and most organized UPS store we have seen to date. We have used many UPS stores and this will be the only one we use in the future.

Everything about the store is top-notch. From the services provided to the customer service, you can’t beat it. Their service is outstanding and starts at the top, Jim goes above and beyond to help the customers. We can’t say enough about this store, been to others in the area and nothing beats this UPS store.

First time dropping off returns at this facility. I was greeted by the owner Jim and was first surprised to hear the way he was speaking to other customers who would call (very sarcastic when customers were inquiring about the fees.) Second, I had 6 amazon packages to return 2 of which were already prepackaged. My return label and the amount of packages did not match up so I kindly asked him to assist me and he said “I can’t help you with that.” Second he looked at all my packages and said I would need the largest box for $46. Amazon packages that are already packaged and sealed don’t need to be repackaged. Then, for some reason one of my large duplicate orders stated on Amazon that I could return for free at Whole Foods so I asked Jim how could I return the other orders at Whole Foods so I don’t have to pay for a box. Again he replied “call Amazon I don’t know.”Something seemed fishy to me at this point because he just made me purchase a $46 box (more than my actual Amazon orders) and then when 3 of the orders didn’t need to be placed in a box, he still stated “you need a large box.” I called back and requested to speak to a manager and Jim’s response was “ai am the manager and the owner and hung up on me while I was speaking.”I’ve never been treated like this at any UPS store or any business in Claremont. I would not recommend anyone to support this business unless this owner learns to respect all customers and not try to nickel and dime.
