This UPS experience was absolutely terrible. I waited in line for 20 minutes. The staff was helping a man activate his mailbox while chatting at the same time, and another person was getting a document notarized. People in line just looked at each other in disbelief. I was only sending a package, yet had to wait 20 minutes. What an unreasonable staffing arrangement! Is everyone’s time meant to be wasted like this?

I've been going to the UPS store since they opened. Extremely friendly staff and always able to take care of me. I do go there to mail the occasional letter. Usually running around $1 to a $1.50. I stopped in to mail one letter last week and was told the price would be $4.22. What??? For one letter? Not a overnight or priority letter. Just a standard letter, first class. I declined and went to the post office instead. Not as efficient and had to wait behind 2 people. It cost me $0.78 to mail the same letter. I realize the UPS store has to make a profit and I am paying for convenience, but $4.22 compared to $0.78 is excessive.

They had a Notary Public on site. They were kind and super helpful. They were quick, efficient and knowledgeable. I had gone to two other UPS Stores and they could not help me. I will continue coming to this location.

Whenever I walk into this UPS store I am always greeted by someone with a smile! Everyone is so nice and helpful. Jim in particular helps us a lot, he is friendly and informative! I always have my hands full with a return and my littles and he’s not only friendly with me but also my kiddos! Makes the whole experience a good one! Also always fast and easy! Thanks UPS!
