Moved to the Claremont area in November 2022. I have been to several US banks they are the best the one in Claremont on foothill I’ve been going there and everyone is so friendly everyone is so kind it’s so clean and as long as I live in Claremont I’ll be going to this Bank. In my book US Bank is number one I’ve been to Wells Fargo before I’ve been to chase before and to a couple of the other banks and they cannot compare to US Bank. Also US Bank at Albertsons in Los Serranos country club area is also one of the best good personalities very helpful and their staff is all great US Bank number one

Awful customer service, Carlos E Diaz their branch manager needs to be retrained or replaced. i use to love this branch and their team, super codial, but i am so disgusted by how i was treated the last 2 times, im moving all my services to a new bank.

I would like to share my feedback regarding Gabriel Cuevas, an employee at U.S. Bank located at 393 W Foothill Blvd, Claremont CA 91711. I want to express that Gabriel is an exceptional employee who consistently provides outstanding service. During my visits to the branch, he greets me with a warm smile and exhibits a polite and professional demeanor. His dedication to customer service is truly commendable.

I've had the worst experience here!!I opened a new checking account and deposited cash. It was a Friday and the next day the bank put my account on hold for fraud . The bank never called me to inform me what was going on and why it's in the fraud department. I found out because I went to zelle my son some money that he needed right away , and I couldn't so I called the bank and they said they don't know why that some other department that's part of the bank placed a hold on it. So I asked to put me through to the fraud department to see why and they couldn't even tell me why then the lady that helped me was rude and hung up on me. So I called back again and spoke to someone else and they said I needed to send my social security to the fraud department and it'll take 2 business days for them to release the funds. This was all at the beginning of the month so I had to pay my rent but my account was on hold. The bank does not care if I'm late or not.I went into the branch where I opened the account and spoke to the lady and they couldn't help me at all. I called the bank 2 other times and finally got an answer why they put a hold on the account. They needed proof of my social security number. I had asked the lady when I opened the account if she needed to see my social security and she said no. Regardless I have the real id and it has all my information on it so there should have been no reason why they put a hold on my account. They made me feel like crap as if I'm doing something wrong. Also when I spoke to the person on the phone they said it was the person's fault who opened the account, and when I went to the bank this morning to close the account the lady who opened it for me tried to blame the other department for the reasons it was on hold. So the banks representatives blame each other. I had to wait 5 days for my money to be released because it was the weekend. I had no cash I still needed to bye groceries and pay other bills besides my rent . I would never recommend us bank for your personal banking.

US BANK TREATS PEOPLE BASE ON THE COLOR OF THIER SKIN. EVEN THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT TELLS YOU THAT THE PERSON WHO COMPLAINED ABOUT THATS ROBBS YOU IS WHITE. AND BECAUSE YOU ARE A DIFFERENT HUE, THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND GIVE IT TO THE WHITE PERSON WHO TOOK ADVANTAGE OF YOU. YOU FILED THE CLAIM AGAINST THEM. THEY ARE WRONG. BUT THE CLAIMS DEPARTMENT LETS YOU KNOW THAT THAT PERSON IS WHITE. AND THE COLOR OF THIER SKIN AUTOMATICALLY QUALIFIES THEM AS BEING RIGHT. YOU THAT ARE OF A DIFFERENT HUE, THE LAW WAS WRITTEN THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHTS AT NO TIME AND SHOULD NOT BE HEARD. THE ONLY THING I HAVE EVEN SEEN WHITE ARE OBJECTS SUCH AS PAPER, FABRICS ETC. I HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE WHITE. THEY ARE CAUCASIANS. BUT I AM LIVING IN A COLOR CODED COUNTRY. MY COLOR DOES NOT MATTER. IT DOES NOT COUNT!

My experience at this bank has always been positive, friendly and helpful. All employees and the manager have always been friendly and solved any and all of our banking needs. Manager Carlos and Mary have gone above and beyond to help us whenever needed! My husband and myself truly appreciate their friendly and professional help!

I’m sad to be leaving this review as I am generally very happy with my 15+ years of banking with US bank. I just had to leave this review because of the rude employee and manager at this location.While they did accomplish my banking needs, they were certainly annoyed by the work required of them. I was withdrawing old savings bonds and the employee was unfamiliar with the process. He started out polite but became rude as his inexperience with bonds became apparent. The manager actually came to complete the process after about 25min of the employee bumbling around. He also never asked his manager for help...just wasting my time.At the end he asked me if I wanted my bonds back, to which I replied no, please deposit them as I don’t want to deal with this Sh!t again. The annoyed employee then goes on to scold me for my vulgar language which was harmless and not directed towards him.I usually leave US bank feeling good, but this one needs its management addressed.Their employee Gabe is always polite and friendly, everyone else I encountered today was surprisingly rude.
