By far the worst experience at a post office in my life. I just needed to mail a letter and fill out the passport application but when I got to the front of the line I was asked to fill out the tracking slip and wait in line all over again. The post office by my house never has me wait in line all over again. They had two associates working but only 1 was helping people for at least 10 minutes. It was a very frustrating experience for me and I will never return to this post office location again.

this place has very bad customer service for many reasons. I had made an appointment yesterday with photos included i come in 10 minutes before appointment just for the clerk lady to tell me they don’t have anyone to take pictures…. then what’s the point of saying you do when you make the appointment…on your website …. i come in the next day with pictures no appointment and she makes it a big deal that they don’t do walk ins today. i complain a bit and she says it’s not fair for the people that did an appointment if she helps me because she will get “backed up” as she was just sitting there absolutely doing NOTHING. no other passport appointment was there. SECOND a blind man comes in and he’s asking questions on where to walk because his guide dog isn’t helping and they just say “here” like WHAT!!!! then he asks the clerk who was helping him to help fill out his papers and she was being rude. so disappointing

Passport services are terrible.
We made appointments here only because this one shows photo services are available. We arrived on time, only for the clerk to send us ACROSS the street to another private business to have our photos taken there. $65 later ($15 each plus tax) we came back for the processing only for a lady to tell us to go 3 doors down for copies of ID’s and birth certificates when we had all the originals with us.
Don’t they make the copies themselves?
Anyway, seems like maybe they’re getting kickbacks from the local businesses for sending passport applicants there.
I’d still like to know why it says passport services are available on their website.
I could’ve gone to a closer one and taken pictures at Walmart for $7 each.

Came here to drop off a some packages on a Friday morning. Power was out due to wildfires so I couldn’t print at home. I’ve never been hassled about using my own packing and Ground Economy until now. I couldn’t believe the office lady was hassling me about buying packaging AFTER she printed and put the label on my package. I have sent out hundreds of packages with USPS and have never been hassled like this. Did they want me to buy a whole new label AND packaging?? AND get back in line?? The line was out the door. You need to walk so far with packages for parking. I’ve never had USPS try to upcharge me and be so inconsiderate about time until now. Wow.

I am responding to the several selfish, unthoughtful negative reviews posted recently. I have come to this post office for more than 20 years, beginning from the time I was a student at the nearby colleges. I have noticed how USPS head office have steadily reduced the staff, services, and capabilities here while the number of customers has remained the same or grown. Head Office has set up this post office and hundreds more like it to fail. Your unthoughtful complaints are not helping. Meanwhile, staff here struggle valiantly on. I thank them for doing their best in spite of conditions beyond their control. May I recommend before you slam the staff here that you consider writing first to USPS Washington DC and your representatives. Thank you.

You must first make an appointment to get a passport request processed. And only one staff member can handle passport requests. This means two trips minimum to the post office. A very frustrating way to make a slow process take even longer.

service is absolutely TERRIBLE and theemployees talk like they just smoked meth. they’re so beyond slow and rude. and why is there 4/5 windows when only 1 or 2 at the most are open ?! the line is always 15 people deep and 30 minutes long. i hate that this is the closest usps to me.
