BEWARE! I upgraded my i phone, I had a i phone previous. I didn't want to be charged $29.99 for the store to transfer all my info. I took my phone and the new one home and transferred all info into my new phone myself. I looked at my receipt and noticed a SET UP fee of $29.99. I contacted Verizon and was told they only charge this fee if they switch everything over. I did it again, MYSELF. I went to the store today to get my money back for a service I did not receive. I was told by Bryan, the store charges this fee in case I want them to put a screen protector on or some other reason. Really, this was very shady. He said corporate stores charge this fee and your able to decide if you want them to do it. This store takes it on themself and not tell you and sneak this fee in.

Wireless Plus is quite fortunate to have an employee such as CHRIS to represent their business. He is very personable, knowledgeable , and patient. He provided us with exceptional customer service. Although my purchase did not work out for me, Agosto, the area manager, promptly returned my calls and was very responsive. I can recommend this business, as they do provide good service and understand the needs of seniors.

Excellent experience working with Annissa and Mayra. Patiently helped me activate a new line on my existing family line, clearly explained the different pricing options for the unlimited plans, and informed me about but didn't try to hard-upsell me on other products like other eligible phone upgrades. Easy parking at the store and payment was a breeze too. Will definitely consider returning here and working with these two, the next time I have to update a phone or plan with Verizon.

I forgot to get the name of the employee who helped me but he was very patient and very helpful in figuring out the issue I had with my iPhone 12 Pro having data connection issues with specific apps. Turns out removing the SIM card and reinserting it not once, but twice was enough to fix the issue.
