Made me feel watched and stalked and like i cant shop for however long i wanted to.. like if you guys don't want customers in your establishment, remove the bathroom then. Also, the young staff aren't the problem, its the older staff that are judgy so be prepared to get stared at if you are Under the age of 30 and not White (Im black) Ambiance was fine, some mariah carey and stuff played today. Food is good there, quality is good. Literally the staff is the ONLY issue, you old people need to Retire or Work Somewhere Else, thanks for taking my money

As a forty year customer I am very disappointed in the new meat dept. Where the beef and pork are placed the customers are all crushed together and you can’t see the selection. Why is mgmt not noticing??

Terrible pickup experience on 12/11. They were sooo understaffed. My order was not even big, and it was super late. When I finally got it and asked about substitutions, the guy had no clue. They forgot my ice, I had to go grab it myself. I've yet to have bad experiences here, but this was bad. They didn't offer any sort of compensation for my time wasted. Sad stuff!

Last stop to pick up snacks/lunch/drinks before adventuring up to Mt Baldy. Clean store. Fresh produce (the strawberries I picked up were so bright and juicy looking! Everybody kept asking where I got them from).

Let's name the all stars at "my Vons". Starting at the top, Richard, Marie, karen, Angelica, sierrah, Luke, Monica, mike, Doris, Isabel and Jose (meat guy). I love my Vons people. I am in there every other day and love them all. They far out weigh the less than stellar GM.

Vons Claremont was notified yesterday of the fact they have numerous fraudulent gift cards on the rack. Tried to get a refund, but was told no. I have the receipt of my purchase and the employee actually scratched off the cards from the rack and saw they were tampered with, just as mine were. I have to wonder if the manager, Colleen, knew about this and ignored it? Safeway doesn't care that customers are getting ripped off cause they get their money. I will be back to check and see if the cards have been pulled now that Martha saw if herself. If not, CPD will be contacted. Knowingly allowing these to be sold is a crime!!

I love this store. Vons is the best, and you really do save money using their app and the rewards program. The meat counter is questionable only because they ha e two rude employees, so beware. Other than that, this store is amazing its always clean and well stocked.

Unfortunately I wasted about 45 minutes to an hour trying to get an order confirmed in their bakery department. From drop calls to sending the call to the meat department and finally just not answering the phone. When the phone was finally picked up Jeff’s response was, “their not picking up in bakery because their busy”, well at 11:00 they would of not been so busy. I never spoke to the bakery to confirm if door dash would be able to deliver the tiramisu to my co worker for her birthday. I will soon find out. ?

Terrible customer service . I asked help from this associate and this lady didn't even really bother to check . The cashier asked her to check for me .I needed a box for the 6 bottles of wine that I purchased and she just said there's none . I got the bigger bottles so I just needed a box to secure them . At the produce side there were pile of boxes from the fruits and vegetables. I asked her " what about those boxes , can I take one ? And she just flatly told me , you can ask them yourself Sooo rude !!!! That's all I'm gonna put here cause I'm super upset , she ruined my day !

I'd like to especially thank Claudia for her above and beyond assistance today with not only explaining the out of stock process but she went further and found the product in the back storage at the very bottom of a stack and getting just what we'd been searching for all week. The sushi station employee was very rude and didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there asking him questions. Then after I tracked down another employee, that person decided to talk to a third employee about this was not their department instead of packaging my food order. The sushi guy was rude to her as well. The only bright spot was the Starbucks barista, who was an absolute gem. She earned this location the one star that I gave it. It would be higher for Starbucks but Vons was so terrible, it averaged out to 1 star. Never going back to the location on Baseline ever again.
