I’ve been going to this specific bank since I was 18 (30 now) and I felt the need to share. I’m horrified to have heard of the way Gilbert Gaeta Vazquez treated my aunt and father in preparing an account for my grandparent’s sale of their house. My grandfather was in hospice (literally on his deathbed) and Gilbert told my aunt in response to her request with stating it was a bank not a deathbed. What an absolute horror of an experience at such a hard time. Maybe the bank couldn’t offer what we needed, but what an unprofessional and disgusting way to treat someone.

The folks in the branch are nice and friendly but not empowered to do much. Savings rates are pitiful. But what prompted me to write this review was that they closed a charitable trust account where I serve as treasurer. I received a note that these accounts required a physical address, so I went to the website and added my physical address. They then sent a letter to that physical address that they were closing the account because there was not physical address. I want to the branch to show them evidence it was a physical address, before the account closed and they said "yep, they are closing the account. there is nothing we can do". Can I open a new account? "Sure". Made no sense and caused me a bunch of time and the expense of getting new checks. I am happy now at Morgan Stanley. Still have my personal checking there but the days are numbered. Just a hint to WF -- people on the boards of charitable trusts are likely good banking customers. Customer since 1979 per my debit card.

Without going into much detail I walked in to deposit a very clearly marked state check into an account opened reliably for almost 30 years. Staff were terse, condescending, rude and quite actually spiteful. It was the end of the week and they prioritized going home. Clearly there also was some profiling going on at this branch. The manager here is simply despicable in all regards. One could not expect a less helpful or more negative level of assistance.

I have been a member of this bank for 10 years. The tellers are friendly but what does that matter if you can't even find a place to park. Nothing is more frustrating then looking for parking and then going inside back to see only 3 people in line. Seriously considering another bank as the manager just blows off complaints.

Have been a customer of Wells Fargo since the 1970s. Never have I had such poor service as I did at the Claremont branch. Extremely rude manager. I will go to Upland or LaVerne branch in the future. Will be reporting this to corporate.

Myrna, one of the manager is unable to help any customer. They told me go from one to another rack to see if you can do what am looking for as business customers.

Quite possibly the nicest and most welcoming Wells Fargo I've been to thus far, and I've been to many. Came here for a simple transaction and they were so kind and helpful. It was close to 5pm so there was no line and they were fast and efficient. Thank you WF Claremont!

Exceptional customer service. Had to deposit a cashier’s check. Had trouble all day w my deposit. Ran into this WF branch about 10 minutes before closing. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help me solve my issue. I was able to deposit my cashier’s check w no frustration and they even stay slightly after 5pm to help me w my account issues. I went into the bank frustrated and stressed, and left this Wells Fargo Bank relieved, smiling, and happy. I am so thankful for their wonderful customer service and willingness to go out of their way help out a WF customer. I do not even belong to their specific branch location, and they were simply wonderful. Thank you Wells Fargo Claremont Branch.

I've been a long time Wells Fargo Bank (WFB) customer since 1993 and I still am... if I did the math right in my head... that's 29 years ago... just two years after graduating from high school. Amazing how time flies when we're having fun. I normally prefer to use the ATM versus walking into the bank for my banking needs unless I need to speak to someone or need to get something done that I can't get done via ATM. Nowadays, I'm finding myself walking into the bank more often than not because I'm helping my Mom with money stuff LOL. This Claremont branch is where I get my and my Moms banking needs done. If you have extra time to spare, it's nice to stroll around downtown Claremont... a very quaint place. Staff at this location is professional, friendly, and helpful. Sometimes you might get a bank teller who isn't the most pleasant... don't let them ruin your day just because it's just not their nature to be friendly... they can't help it. Whenever I walk into this branch, there is always a wonderful coffee aroma. I don't drink coffee, but I enjoy a good frap. Anyway, I feel humble whenever I walk into a WFB because of their history since the 1800's and they are still going strong. Give them a try and open an account at any of their branches today! Happy Banking!

No customer service and no way to get it! They tell you to call the phone number on the card to talk to somebody, and when you do the phone bankers cannot do the same thing as personal bankers. Not helpful whatsoever.
