“Best customer service! I enjoy going here because the staff is very friendly, efficient, & fast. The lines get long in certain hours of the day but not because of the staff, they are always working along as fast as they can. Places are going to get busy anywhere at times.”

I needed the item one day before it was scheduled to be delivered to my house, gave this location a call, and Henrietta was able to locate my package and allowed me to pick it up at the post office. “Honestly this location works and haven’t encountered any major issues in the past few years, but there are a few hiccups:* Lines get to get long so come at non peak times* Use the self service machine whenever you can so you don’t have to wait for the line* if you are shipping packages like most people waiting in line: print your own labels using pirate ship at home to ship packages and avoid the wait!* I used to worry about my dropped off prepaid package getting stolen but now there is a secured drop off bin in the lobby. Very handy* if you are one of the special people sending registered or certified （had to do that sometimes myself) than I feel very bad for you than you need to wait!”
“This is the strangest location for pickup. You go in through a side door and it's pretty much a big warehouse sectioned off with temporary walls that give it a pseudo-office look. There aren't any package supplies. You'll need to visit another location or have your own ready. (Honestly not sure if you can send packages here. I've only stopped by for hold-mail pickups)
With that said, the staff is always polite & thorough, but it seems workers are assigned to so many tasks that you have to wait until they can come help you. You can tell that they need a break sometimes.
Also the staff lady that delivers to my address is very kind & sweet. I'm glad to live in an area with workers like these. They don't toss your packages on the ground carelessly and give ample time waiting if they ring your doorbell. Thank you :)”

“Since I don't have a printer at home, I utilize Mail & More for my printing needs! They certainly come in handy for their convenient location! Not only do they offer great customer service, they know their services and products. Even if there is a line, I still feel like I get in and out of there in a timely manner! I have used their services to ship packages, send mail, buy stamps, and more. When I need something printed, you just email them the document and they print it right out! So easy!”
