“Since I don't have a printer at home, I utilize Mail & More for my printing needs! They certainly come in handy for their convenient location! Not only do they offer great customer service, they know their services and products. Even if there is a line, I still feel like I get in and out of there in a timely manner! I have used their services to ship packages, send mail, buy stamps, and more. When I need something printed, you just email them the document and they print it right out! So easy!”

“I went today without an appointment, I knew I had to get there hours before passport services opened at 10:30. Got there at 6:30am, brought my lawn chair, blanket and coffee. ? Around 9, am amazing post office clerk, Dean came out to see if everyone waiting had any questions, proper paperwork and documentation, etc.Well, I didn’t… one of my notarized forms was signed in blue ink instead of black. Grateful for Dean because he helped me schedule a future appointment, and I didn’t have to wait longer for my application to be rejected. Yes waited 3 hours for nothing, missed a day of work but Dean made my day better! Thank you Dean for great customer service!!!”
“The bad reviews scared me a bit but I had great experience with someone named Mitchell after I called a few times and got through he held onto my package when there was a mixup in address..after four days of it still not coming I ended up going to get it figured out and he held onto it for me..Very nice gentleman and the other men working we’re giving great customer service to the customers.11/21/22 3:30-4pm”

I receive ALL my business & personal pkgs, w/out any hiccups. The staff are personable, down to earth & helpful when it comes to any issues.”

“First and foremost I commend the Mail personas for delivering our mail Rain ?️☔ or Shine and for walking that extra mile, day in and day out, In any case I have a post office box because I'm out of town a lot and when I'm in town my mail is kept safe and sound and ready for pickup ?, which is convinent because the lobby is open 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and the price is more than fair for one years rent, and the lobby area is always clean and never crowded. (Lobby Area)? Now on the flip side ? be prepared to wait a minute if you're going to mail a box out or need to do business at the counter, Rise Sunshine and you'll be just fine, Have a Great Day ! ☺️ Al”
“This is NOT a full service Post Office where you can purchase stamps or mail packages. This location only offers pickup for missed deliveries and for dropping off pre-paid packages. Do not go here expecting a full service USPS office.”
“Honestly this location works and haven’t encountered any major issues in the past few years, but there are a few hiccups:* Lines get to get long so come at non peak times* Use the self service machine whenever you can so you don’t have to wait for the line* if you are shipping packages like most people waiting in line: print your own labels using pirate ship at home to ship packages and avoid the wait!* I used to worry about my dropped off prepaid package getting stolen but now there is a secured drop off bin in the lobby. Very handy* if you are one of the special people sending registered or certified （had to do that sometimes myself) than I feel very bad for you than you need to wait!”

“Postmasters are excellent and great in getting you your packages and correspondence matters met. They do their best after updating with the new way of printing money orders because it isn’t always available. If you request them ahead of time it allows time for the system hiccups to recoop and finally print. Nobody wants their mail lost or misplaced in someone else’s box, this is a rare local occurrence. May God prolong their life! It is noticeable when someone else takes over...”

“Update: They fixed the issue and redelivered my package. They had a sub driver and there’s 2 addresses for my address.For some reason USPS is the only delivery service that can’t find my address for packages. Walmart, Amazon, On Trac, FedEx and UPS have all delivered my packages to this address but USPS keeps saying insufficient address. They deliver the mail to this address with no issues, yet once the mail becomes a box they can’t figure out the address. Clarksburg USPS isn’t even going to address that. They just called to tell me to come to the post office which is a 3.5 hr walk and 3.5 hrs back since I don’t have a car right now. I already told the usps rep all of this when I asked if they could redeliver the package.”
