“One-stop shopping 🛍 We found what we needed for swapping out some washing machine faucets. The manager was helpful, and the cashier was friendly too. Fun fact: I bought my first Ace ratchet tool kit set over 30 years ago from HERE, and they're still a solid value!”
“Fregosi & Company Paint is now a full-line Festool dealer! They carry the complete Festool woodworking tool lineup and supplies in stock. Mike and Rob are very helpful and great people to work with.”
“Love this store. Feels like a family owned local hardware store. Great service. Huge selection. Staff that actually knows the product and there is almost always someone working who knows about the subject you are interested in.”
“The level of customer service was beyond compare! Dan made my project go so much more smoothly with his suggestions and encouragement. Loved my shopping experience here.”
“There is a gal here named Natasha that deserves a raise. She was super friendly and helpful, and even let me know about all the upcoming sales that will be taking place. I will 100% be buying all my paint here moving forward.”
“A great place, extremely knowledgeable staff. Can match any color you can think of no matter what it is that you've got that's that color bring it in, they can match it. Also the shop in Pittsburgh has the ability to make custom rattle cans. So if you need a Certain Shade of paint be it auto body or for whatever else. They can blend it and mix it up into a spray can for you. Some paints that way can be kind of expensive, I bought a two-part candy coat and it was around $89. But it's two cans of two specifically different colors. I would assume one can of just a straight color, would be what the one can of tinted cost. $20. The other can was a special clear with metal flake and tint. In general though great place. Whenever I have a problem trying to paint equipment, as I manufacture a lot of electrical chassis and repair equipment for audiovisual. I'm able to get small amounts of touch-up paint that will match anything from Modern equipment to Vintage RCA and General Electric proprietary colors. Make it even mimic shades of paint that have been shaded and oxidized should you want to finish product to look that way. Just remember you get what you pay for, if you want good quality you have to pay for it. So don't expect to go in there and get top notch quality paints custom loaded and rattle cans for $5.”
“So I walked into The Pleasant Hill location And I’m remodeling my kitchen had no idea what I was doing or looking for A kind woman by the name of JACKIE approached me and walked me through step-by-step on the type of paint I need the primers, etc. she even helped me choose colors and other materials She said she worked at another location and she was there for the day, but I really wanted To write this review, not only based on the excellent paint I Bought but also the excellent customer service I received from Jackie. I really hope she gets a raise or something ! She really knows her craft. And overall, it was a wonderful experience as a first time homebuyer thank you”
“I had a really great experience with the people in the store. I appreciated how clean and neatly organized everything was. Any question I had or needed guidance in, the staff was quick to answer with practical solutions. They continued to ask about my preferences to ensure we were not assuming and doing everything right the first time. One star removed but not at the fault of the store. There are multiple things you can sign up for to get a lower price. Im not a fan of that model. Would prefer the pricing is more straightforward and if you want to incentivize repeat shoppers, maybe do a point system. Otherwise, you walk away wondering if you could have gotten an even lower price. Absolutely not the fault of the employees however.”
“Small store packed with a lot of good quality products. They carry many artistic paints and supplies for projects that may be out of the average wall painting jobs.”

“I had a frustrating experience at this Sherwin-Williams location regarding a paint purchase.
However, I was truly impressed when the store manager, Brianna, personally called me within three days of my complaint. She listened carefully, took my concerns seriously, and went above and beyond to make things right. Brianna’s professionalism, empathy, and quick action completely turned the situation around.
It’s rare to see such genuine customer service these days, and I left feeling valued and respected. Mistakes can happen anywhere, but how a business responds makes all the difference — and Brianna showed exactly how it should be done. Thank you, Brianna, for restoring my confidence in shopping here!”
