I wanted to thank Spencer again for his great customer service this evening right before closing. Greeted me with a smile and took great care of me. It’s so hard to get great customer service nowadays. Good job Spencer! I will be coming back to this establishment.

Great for shipping supplies, and they've also started carrying Pokemon and other trading cards, which makes it a nice touch as there isn't a huge selection in this area.

One of the BEST spots to get your stuff shipped and more! Have many things to look at. Alex the manager is very helpful and answers all your questions you got! Definitely my go to spot to ship!

Alex and Sophia were extremely helpful and polite. I was in a time crunch and needed something laminated and I got it done within 10 minutes and the store was busy. Great job.

The sign on the door says it closes at 6pm. Arrived at 530pm and the neon OPEN sign was on. Door was locked and lights inside were off.

It's great to have a go to spot where I know my mail is going to make it to its destination. The employees there are very helpful, super friendly and welcoming vibes. Store opens around 9am and closes late which allows me to stop by after those late work nights. I always walk out with something fun, a birthday card, a funny mug, coin purse or cool sticker.

Very quick and easy. when renting the u haul I accidentally had booked it at another location. Alex was able to help me cancel it and book it at his location. also told me I was able to drop it off at another postal annex. instead of rushing back and forth.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. LIES AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.If I can save even 1 person from being ripped off by this guy, I will have helped someone.We were moving away from the East Bay, so we set up a virtual mailbox with Anytime Mailbox and chose Postal Annex Clayton as the operator who would receive and upload our mail and act on our instructions. This service costs $20 per month. To check the operation of the system, I mailed a letter to our virtual mailbox address ℅ Postal Annex Clayton. It had not been uploaded a week later, when we moved and our mail forwarding with the USPS started.Three weeks after I mailed the letter to myself, it had still not been uploaded. In fact, nothing had been uploaded although we knew there was a ton of mail from the USPS. I contacted Postal Annex and they said they had received nothing for us. Twice they told me this. Turned out, they were lying. A few days later, I phoned them again but they said they were too busy to talk to me and they would call me back, which they never did. I sent them emails which they never answered. I tried to call them again but they now knew my number and they would not answer. I left messages which they did not return. After 4 weeks, they had still not uploaded ANY mail to our account.So I called Anytime Mailbox. They got in touch with the operator and magically, a dozen mail pieces, which he claimed he had never received, suddenly appeared in our account.When we asked Postal Annex to take specific actions on these mail pieces, they didn’t do it. We realized this operator was completely useless and a liar, so we opened a new Anytime Mailbox with their operator in Pleasanton and asked Postal Annex to forward our mail there. For 3 weeks, he did not forward it until Anytime Mailbox chased him again.He scanned a Jury Duty notice we received, but he paid so little attention that he cut off the reference number. We called him and emailed him to ask him to re-scan it, but he ignored our requests. So we did not appear for Jury Duty and were unable to advise the County.One comical thing was that he claimed the USPS was not delivering the mail and suggested we should send a tracked item to see what happened to it, so we did that. It arrived at Postal Annex Clayton on March 2, but as of March 31, the owner of Postal Annex Clayton STILL had not uploaded it to our virtual mailbox. When we closed our mailbox with him, we got him to send all our items to our new mailbox. When they arrived there, we discovered that he had sent us all the items that he told us he never received!The owner of postal Annex Clayton not only provides the worst service imaginable, he also lies constantly, does not respond to voice mail, does not reply to emails and has a terrible attitude towards his customers. Avoid this guy at any cost. I can recommend Pak Mail of Pleasanton, a good operator.

We just discovered that this shop carries an amazing array of Pokémon items at the most reasonable price around. Alex, the owner is so friendly and personable. The staff talks with my 10 year old son who loves Pokémon. We are now regulars in here because the products are awesome and we love the staff. Highly recommend for your Pokémon and postal needs!!!

The young man was very helpful. I had to ship medication to my grandma in Mexico. I didn't know I had to do it through dhl and fill out paperwork and have a doctors note. I was gunna send it through ups. Also had stuff for my Pokémon collection

Do NOT rent a UHaul from this location. I'm writing this review at 10:35 pm at night in the cold in back of the shopping center. I have spent the past three hours trying to figure out how to pick up my truck. After one hour I finally got someone on the the phone from uhaul. Come to find out this location never staged my truck which is why the app was not working! It showed the reservation but they never staged the truck or put the keys in the lock box! I reserved the elevator in my building at 8am and I have no truck. Not to mention in the cold outside in the back of a shopping center.

Unreliable shipper. Randomly closed with signs on the door “out to lunch back at 3.” As the only authorized FedEx shipper within 25 minutes of my home - this could mean missing a shipping cutoff for my business. If your the owner and you read this please share a solution. You need more from your people and maybe they need more from you - raise your rates and give better service.
