Roy and his wife, Melanie, (no longer with us), lived in Clayton for decades. I remember both of them so young and always themselves: Kind, competent, thoughtful, honest, hard, hardworking and really wanting the best in everything they do. Roy has never changed ...it just always was part of him--just like it was for Melanie. Today, only one example of his dedication is reflected in how he has always stayed updated: Roy with all these computerized devices--not only with the changing pool equipment.Melanie had such a beautiful nursery of plants and flowers, and I could not be more thankful it is still in full-speed operation. When I think of all the businesses and owners that have come and gone over the decades....Roy's dedication and commitment to his long, long time clients as well as his new ones--is only one testament of what an incredible person--not only small business entrepreneur he is.

We are fairly new residents to Clayton and we are looking to make some additions to our yard. This nursery is very cozy and fun. Nicole is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable. We are so appreciative of her expertise as we navigate which plants to incorporate into our space. We look forward to working with her for all our gardening endeavors. We feel so welcomed into the neighborhood and couldn't ask for a better local nursery!

What a great find. We went for the nursery which is robust and priced fairly. Lots of plants to choose from. All healthy looking. The owner, her name has slipped my mind is very knowledgeable and so helpful. We do not live in the area but we will be back.

Stopped by this cute little nursery in Clayton. I had the pleasure of meeting Nicole. I showed her an area in my yard that needed some landscaping. She helped me design the space and was thoughtful about the colors and the maturity the plants would develop into. My experience with other places has usually been to over plant and then be disappointed after a year or two. The prices are very competitive and the service is unmatched. I'm looking forward to seeing how beautiful this space is going once everything gets established. I'll add a picture of the finished project once everything is completed.

Nicole is super helpful, fitting us with the right plants for our needs, and she's a hoot to chat with. They're your friendly neighborhood nursery with a great selection of healthy plants. And apparently, you can restock your pool chemicals on the same visit.

Roy and Nicole have been so helpful for our garden and pool needs. For years Roy has helped us along with our pool issues - simplifying an expensive pool installation eliminating some of the bells and whistles that the contractor sold us that only caused us problems because they (contractors) hooked it up wrong and caused air to go into the filter. Recently, he recommended the Dolphin S200 to sweep our pool. Really gets the dirt out of the pool. Nicole is passionate about gardening and has some great advise on pests and other issues in the garden.

The ladies and gentlemen who work here are very nice and helpful and knowledgeable about gardening. I don't know how knowledgeable they are about pool or patio stuff because I didn't need any help in those areas.

Small garden shop in Clayton. Helpful, knowledgeable staff on the plants they carry. There is a large selection of plants in and outdoor. There were all kinds of yard art as well as custom decorations with plants for in house and gifts.

Personalized service and great selection. Prices are competitive with larger nurseries and sometimes even better.

Stopped to see witch plants look nice and had flowers. New plants were delivered this morning and need to come back in Spring. I like local nurseries because they get plants that grow and share how to plant

Love this place they are super friendly and close to my house. The next closest place would be Sloat and they are way to high priced, plus I'd rather give my money to a local place and mom and pop shop.
