I go to this station frequently. I find the staff friendly and helpful. i went there today, I entered my phone number at the pump and it gave the .20 cent discount. the pump wouldn't work so no gas came out. I looked at the pump screen and it asked for payment. I went inside to see what the problem was. Christina was the employee that I dealt with. I explained my dilemma to her. She looked at her screen and said "nothing was wrong." "you dont have any rewards". "There's no problem" I explained Again what had happened. She argued with me and then started laughing and mocking what I was saying in a weird little girl voice. She never looked up From the computer screen but kept laughing. Then finally she said she'd get the manager and Maybe She could understand me. A very pleasant young lady came to talk with me and understood perfectly what I was saying. She tried her reward points which didnt work either. She apologized for the problem. I tried calling the station several times to talk to Liz but the call wouldn't go through. So here I am.

These people are hella racist, they were telling me to leave and we were not doing anything just shopping. They opened the door on my little cousin , knowing he was in there.

Instead of letting my husband know we couldn't walk our dog on their patch of grass, he got screamed at by a ride older female employee. RUDE AS HELL STAFF

'21/11 1st time customer/review: -- Lots of wide, covered bays. Dedicated diesel pumps as well. -- No wait for pump, restroom, or convenience store. -- Large convenience store. -- Unisex, single-user bathroom. -- 4-Star as one restroom was outa order.

Yeah I was at the Chevron Tower Mart today in lower Lake California and the price of fuel today is outrageous I paid $5.99 a gallon and only got 3.44 gallons of fuel and that was the cheapest one they had

Extremely unprofessional / rude. One woman in particular ( Beckka or Becki ) used profanity in front of my children, and the other employees just thought it was funny or that it was okay to drop F-bombs in the workplace. Do not bring your kids (or yourself if you're easily offended) here.

Everytime I shopped here people have been nice except today when buying a few items one employee treated me like he didn't want to serve me never asked if I would like a bag or receipt didn't want to touch the items I have touched as if it was tainted he didn't want to look at me or speak to me everyone else greets me and treats me like I'm welcome in the store for some reason the caucasian heavy set Male made me feel unwelcome and walked away right after serving me like he was in a rush to an empty register with no other customers I hope racism isn't a policy around here cause I have rights as a mixed Caucasian and African male..PLEASE TREAT EVERYONE HOW YOU WOULD LIKE TO BE TREATED....

Stopped in for some gum and to use the restroom, super friendly, helpful staff. Gave me a token for the potty; clean restrooms. Prices consistent with other locations. Great experience!

I don't understand why everyone says people don't wear masks....I have never seen an employee without one. And I have sent the employees have to enforce the rule with rude customers as well...only reason it's not 5 stars is that I live nearby and go often....sometimes it takes way too long to be checked out...not always employees fault...but if they are ringing up people alone...the lottery tickets, cigarette purchases, and other timely things become very frustrating

I go up the road to the Casino and get Gas for $2.69 a Gallon. Much cheaper! The Casino doesn't have any gas mark ups. Chevron should lower there price. It is better then not getting any customers at all.
