“They do their best with what they have to work with. They are very understaffed, and couriers are not paid well, so I feel that's the reason there are some bad reviews, that come from not being able to keep the couriers around. Every year they change, it's a learning experience for the new one, or two couriers.”

“look folks youve goto be fair. .if youre looking to blame anyone, you should blame amazon. the amount of trucks coming every day has gotten out of hand ,amazon should have a separate employee to deal with their stuff .I feel guilty .
