Big 5 Sporting Goods is a one-stop shop for sporting goods with a huge selection of athletic shoes, apparel, accessories and a broad selection of outdoor and athletic equipment for team sports, fitness, camping, hunting, fishing, tennis, golf, winter and summer recreation and roller sports. The store have a biggest clearance sale ever with up to 70% off. Staff went out of their way to find a certain item and honored the sale price, even when they could not get it on the sale date. Customers have a nice life jacket that fits and a reasonable price on sale. The guy running the place was on the money, new to the store and taking pride in their work, which why customers want back. Everyone's always nice and great about honoring coupons and employees hover in the shoe department, which customers find invasive to their shopping experience.

I mean I almost want to give a 3 stars but 4 is more reasonable. Huge selection which I expect but does every employee hate their job that much? Everyone always seems miserable and it's never busy. What could be that bad that the employees don't care that much?
