Luis is amazing!! Called 3 other Repair shops asking for a quote for my Chevy Malibu. All 3 took my phone number my information and would get back to me with a quote J&S auto gave me a quote immediately ($140 less than 1 quote) while on the phone and told me he could immediately get me in the very next morning. ? 100% He told me exactly up front how much it would be and the exact time it would be done and ready for pickup. And He caught another problem & fixed it!! And I still haven't heard back from the other 3 shops!!?? Luis will be my Only shop from Now on!!!?

Very pleased. Luis has been my mechanic for about 3 or 4 years and I know I can trust his judgment on what needs to get done on my truck. Great service and the same day if possible. Thank you Luis.

Friendly and professional service. Great communication. Very thorough inspection/diagnostic, knew exactly what was wrong with my vehicle, fixed the issue in timely fashion. Exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend.

Very very rude I don't see how they get any customers.a really disgusting and bad attitude to have for a business. I tried to ask a question about the repair and he tried to shut me as if I didn't know what I was talking about concerning my own car then he literally put words in my mouth that I didn't even say. This happened on 2 different occasions and months apart.
