Lake completely forgot my delivery and will not resend my medications. They are to blame. Now I have to endure coming down off my medications. A life threatening event. Won't correct their mistakes. I may be dead by the 11th of October. Go to another pharmacy.

I switched to Lake Pharmacy almost 2 years ago. So glad I did. They offer so much help in addition to filling prescriptions; delivery, auto refill, reminders, etc. Love the music! Always excellent staff! A +++++++++++

I've been with Lake Pharmacy for decades. Never had an issue till I needed to take reoccurring medication. I signed up for delivery and 8 months of me calling to remind them to refill and deliver my medication, with the same answer as to why I needed to remind them "someone didn't put you in the system correctly". After 8 months of reminding, I did get 4 months of not having to remind them, but then I had to remind them another few months. Once I moved across town it was no longer an issue.It took them a week to recieve the fax from my Dr for a new medication (from the clinic in the same building) then another 2 weeks to fill the medication. It is anxiety medication.Had an Er trip, went to pick up some medications, they said they couldn't get a few. Checked in a few days later and they were still waiting. Checked a week later and they couldn't get it. Not because it was out, but because it was a specific kind they weren't able to get. Soft gels of generic Claritin. I could have bought that from the store if they had told me earlier.The last straw and the reason why I am switching pharmacies. Last Friday (June 9th) I had dental surgery hours away from home. Despite the dental group not setting me up to travel, we arrived at the pharmacy 3.5 hours after the script was sent from the dental group. I was in utter and excruciating pain. My other half goes in and is told it's a 5 minute wait. Meanwhile, I pass out from the pain in the car while waiting. It takes them an hour to fill the prescription. It was just 5 Norco and some 400mg ibuprofen. The pharmacy had the script from the dental surgery group (not a regular dentist, all they do is surgeries) for hours prior to me showing up. I understand there is a que and it gets filled in the order it was recieved, but I highly doubt they were over 4 hours behind and you would think that being told someone is in excruciating pain waiting on their meds they wouldn't make them wait an hour for them. It's rude.I am leaving Lake pharmacy after decades of being a loyal customer/client. I hope this review helps others make a just decision for this pharmacy.

They told my sister that they can no longer get a certain medication, but when she asked Moran’s if they could get the same medication they told her yes they can and that they get it from the same company that Lake pharmacy does!!

They keep screwing up my prescription and I keep going without my meds for mental health. Even when I explained that I'm pregnant and cant quit cold turky and if i do i could have a miscarrage and the doctor re wrote the prescription multiple times they continue to not prescribed it as my doctor writes it. I'm incredibly dissatisfied. I've had this pharmacy since childhood and this is not the only time they done this. Basically every time I go in they screw it up. I will not use this pharmacy again period point blank.

I was getting my prescriptions from their a few yrs ago but had my Doctor office in lakeport and used a pharmacy there. The place in lakeport where rude and there is only 2 people I can say where nice. So glad I am back at lake there nice treat you like a person call you when prescription is ready they refill meds as need for the month. Very HAPPY WITH THEM

If i could have given zero stars i would have. I actually stopped using this pharmacy years ago because they constantly messed up my Rx and did not have them ready when they were supposed to. My parents still use it and I, unfortunately, am sometimes asked.to come and pick up meds for them. As I write this I am sitting and waiting for a Rx that was allegedly ready for pickup over an hour ago. Most of the clerks are rude and have an attitude that seems like they really just don't care at all. Horrible pharmacy. I am recommending that my parents switch asap.

I had the fortunate need to use this pharmacy to fill a couple of scripts. I wish I couldmake this pharmacy my #1 but I live in Lakeport. They play cool music. My order was filled quickly and the Staff are really nice and helpful! Try theispharmacy out if you live near Clearlake.
