I'm all for supporting our local small businesses, but this place needs to move into the 21st century already. There is no reason for them not to have some sort of internet based reordering system for people to request their refills.

Omg they are the worst always something with there system the guy with dirty hands and nails always attitude like he hates being there my daughter medicine was put in on Monday after her appointment went in a couple of days later cause she still had a few went in to get it they said there system down since Wensday I said well her appointment was Monday that’s when they put it in they said nothing here I call Lakeport Trible they check they said doctor put it in Monday I said yes that’s what I was telling them she put in again I called Morans this time to tell them it was put in and the girl over the phone rude same thing our system is down we can’t. Anyway she put me on hold then a nice girl named Shantel came on the phone she was the only one kind and knew how to talk all the others rude careless oh and the doctor in there or whatever he is heard how rude the guy with dirty hands and nails was and didn’t care they are all not so bright unbelievable how they be doing business I will be calling BBB

Worst place ever I had a sick child in the car...double ear inf they told me I had to go inside because they didn't know how to access his insurance...parents are military but they didn't know how to look up the sons ins they told me they had other people to help...I told her she was helping me and she slammed the window on me. No respect at this place at all. Jesse was the rudest person I've ever encountered there.

I have been buying my son's prescription there for 4 yrs. He usually gets a 3 months supply at $1.45. Co pay. I went through the drive thru on a sat at 5 mins to 12. They close at 1.I tell the woman that the Dr has called and changed the prescription ( I had called first). She said by time I get there in live 10 mins away. When I get there she hands me a bag with one month supply $1.45. Not the three $1.45 . I said no , the Dr has sent in a different Prescription. I want the newer script. She said to much paperwork to change now. I said I will wait over here and be back in 10. I am in drive thru and she gives me the right prescription. 3 month supply. I hand her my debit card, she says we don't accept cards at drive thru, I said you have for the past 4 years . Then I said ok.. I found change in my car, oh I don't want your car change . It's free. I said no it's not I owe you why won't you take the change. She took my debit card. Now I see one maybe two violations here. I DON'T RECOMMEND MORAN'S PHARMACY . If they break. The law on a Saturday, an hr before they close. What else are they doing against the Law?? I moved my son's prescription to Walmart.

I had to switch from RiteAid because I couldn’t get my medications, I’m so glad I did! They answer the phone every time!! Drive through service is excellent!! Outstanding customer service!! Thank you!!

We have been going to Moran's pharmacy for about 15 years and we are so glad that we did. Our prescriptions are always ready and Gary couldn't get one of my items through his regular vendor so he got on the phone and called other vendors until he was able to find what I need. That was very kind of him to do. He even ordered extra just in case. All the girls that work there have been great as well. Always smiling and going out of there way to make the customer happy. They have even offered to deliver to us but we didn't need that at the time. It's very nice to know that we can use that if we need it in the future. The drive thru is great as well as fast. Thank you to everyone that works there for being so nice when alot of the time we're not feeling very well. We would recomend that you try out Moran's pharmacy sometime. You will be glad you did too.

I used this pharmacy years ago.I stopped when my doctor changed the dosing on my prescription and the owner/pharmacist berated me in front of customers & employees because now he has to order a new tablet size.Now I need a specialized piece of equipment on an ongoing basis. None of the other pharmacies can order it, but the order person here said they can.After more than a month of excuses, resubmitting several times by my doctor, and multiple followups by the equipment company representative & myself, today I am told they have no record of the orders. Further, they tell me they don't carry this item.

Have been my Pharmacy of choice for years I love the fact that they deliver all the way to Middletown from Clearlake very knowledgeable staff usually very quick in and out of the store if I have to go in can't say enough good about Moran's Pharmacy

Efficient employees that are courteous and knowledgeable. My mother in law has many RX's to be filled every month that I pick up. Moran's is proactive about helping sort out refills, and they always call to advise status.
