Pam, I have called your customer service people TWICE already. Tomorrow on Friday I will call ahead and make sure that ALL of my prescriptions are not ONLY ready but that the person on the phone GUARANTEES that my prescriptions are paid for before I drive over there for the 4th time. I will also be showing your staff once again that my prescriptions are paid in full. As a retired RRT your lack of professionalism is appalling. There is ZERO excuse to run out of Advair 500/50 for 3 months running. Because of your lack of accountability I will definitely be changing pharmacys.

Rite Ad pharmacy in Clearlake CA has been out of a particular medication I need for 3 months running. They use every excuse in the book. Bad management. They "forget" to order the medication. I always pre pay my medications. In the last 10 days I have gone to the pharmacy 3 times to pick up my prescriptions and have been told 3 different stories each time. Even though I have proof of payment their excuse is IT DOESN'T SHOW ON MY SCREEN. Sometimes one shows paid, sometimes 2 or 3 when I have proof of payment for all 7 of my medications. I loved the drive up service but not any more. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Complete garbage store. They're not even close to busy at all, and yet no one will answer the phone. I'm never going back in there for any reason, and I strongly suggest that everyone do the same

Poor to NO knowledge of customer service at the Pharmacy. I know the girl that sort of assisted me won't care. I will never be back. So sad looks like a nice store.

Each month we go here to pick up prescriptions. Two months in a row, I bought a candy bar from the front of the register, tasted it later, checked the date, and it was expired. Each time I called the store to let them know. They offered me a refund or I could pick another candy bar, but that's not the point! Check for outdates! It's part of the job!

Incompetent at filling prescriptions. You will spend hours on telephone wait trying to fix the screw ups. But there is no Walgreens or CVS locally so what can you do? You will be sorry that they cost you hours of running back and forth between Rite Aid and your doctor's office trying my to just get your prescriptions filled. It isn't worth it. Try a mail in pharmacy next?

I just need to shout out to one of the front cashiers he was just the greatest . I picked up the wrong toothpaste I thought was on sale and I was wrong he went out of his way to help me get the right one and return the one I bought with great care it is nice to see such great service

Excellent location. I'm not sure why there are so many negative reviews. I was visiting for the weekend, and wanted Thrifty ice cream. I called and was greeted kindly, and upon entering was served by Katilyn D. She was super kind to all patrons, and gave us a good amount of ice cream. Highly recommend!

Great sales on candy! Unfortunately, their ice cream counter is down until further notice. Freezer in the back is not working, so they can't order ice cream until the back freezer is operational.
