Although there is no sit-down restaurant, the food made behind the counter, including a popular tri-tip sandwich and a hot pastrami sandwich with jalapenos, is praised for its deliciousness. Customers enjoy the road trip snacks available and appreciate that the food is prepared right in front of them. While gas prices may be high, the presence of gas pumps adds convenience. Some customers noted that service could be quicker, but overall, Oasis 88 is seen as a great place to grab a meal on the road.
Surprise, surprise they make the best burgers around. They make a variety of hot fresh food, but burgers and garlic fries are my favorite. They also have clean restrooms and a wide variety of snacks and drinks. We stop on our way to Cherokee Reservoir and on the way back.

This place is amazing! The food is delicious and very affordable. The restaurant is super clean, including the bathrooms, which are spotless. The staff are friendly, respectful, and provide great service. Highly recommended!
