Had a brake caliper failure. They got us in, diagnosed the problem, got the parys in and came in early the next morning to fix The problem. We were back on the road at 11:00 AM.

We got excellent, friendly, fast service after getting a sudden “low tire pressure” alert. The alert coincided with our driving over several large branches that had suddenly fallen on Highway 128 in front of our car. We assumed we’d need tire repair, but the service manager took a look, inflated the tires, and kindly sent us on our way with a better understanding of tire pressure requirements. What a great experience. Thank you!

These guys are amazing. I bought tires from them, and a few months later, one got a flat. Brought it back, and instead of the usual excuses from other dealers about why it's not covered (usually because the sidewall was punctured, which was the case here), they replaced it instantly. Two months later, same story, same type of damage. Not only did they replace it right away, they picked it up from my house, fixed it, and dropped it off for me. They also did the same for my wife when she had them do a repair. Who gives that level of service anymore?

My Lincoln Aviator was overheating. I live in my RV full time and was staying at a local campground but supposed to check out in two days. I called Craig and made an appointment the next day, and talked to the campground and was able to extend for a week. Craig, when I arrived the next day for my appointment, immediately put my Lincoln in a bay and started troubleshooting the problem. He found that it was a bad thermostat, made the repair, very affordable, and excellent communication through the whole process. I was able to leave the campground on time and I am eternally grateful to Craig and his shop for getting me back on the road safe and sound.
It was Craig's expertise with Lincoln's - he's had several - that he reassured me that things would be okay. They even repaired a flat tire on my lincoln. The Chrome on the inside of the rim was flaking off and causing several leaks around the bead. They did the repair, sanded the rim down on the inside, applied some magical sealant, and I don't think they even charged me for it when I looked at the invoice.
I can't say enough good things about this garage. And Craig was excellent. If I'm ever back in the area, even for an oil change or anything, I will go to this garage.

They repaired my tire quickly and well. Service was pleasant and friendly. They were very receptive and on point. The only reason why they don't get five stars is because it cost about $20 more to repair then I expected to pay.
